All bs19 charges dropped day before hearing

  • After 18 months on bail, being arbitrarily arrested on the 11th of July 2021, locked up overnight, and multiple court appearances, all charges were dropped just before our final hearing day in Melbourne Magistrates court.
    This is a blatant abuse of police powers and the bail act. No new evidence was given to the police and they dropped the charges based on their own statements and obvious lack of a case.
    The only crimes commited were against us by them, these people really need to be held to account for such actions or they will continue to abuse their claimed powers and authority as they have in my case.

      @martyfocker  Рік тому +12

      In this country it likely gives a promotion, also all the mainstream media ignored it entirely.
      I even had a sitting member of parliament try to get it to his media contacts, amazingly though not surprisingly they ignored it.
      I even did a small interview with the daily mail in-between my first and second police interaction on the day this happened. I tried to contact them about the footage I got of police admitting to their own criminal actions.
      They used many of my earlier videos in such insane articles like the one they titled me as the "smug covidiot" then a few weeks later when I got arrested in a neighbours front yard. Yet they didn't find this one news worthy. 🤔
      It's a big club and we are not in it, they are all conspiring together against the regular people.

    • @lispyDribbler

      @@martyfocker Yep, you nailed it. One big club of corruption. It reminds me of the NSW govt. and police back in the late 70's early to mid 80's. Neville Wran was Prem and corrupt to the core, along with most NSW police and even a QC magistrate. Yet not one newspaper article or website mentions any corruption. You have to search long and hard to find it.
      And the MSM in this country is now run by only a few wealthy people who are scared of loosing their income, so do what they are told according to who pays their advertising. No guessing who that is in Victoria hey Dan!

    • @martyfocker
      @martyfocker  Рік тому +5

      Yes the others never even made it to court, they were simply ignored by both parties and are now well beyond the statute of limitations for them to proceed with any further.
      In none of those did they have a case anyway and I have all the evidence against them.
      I really wanted my chance to speak in court but they never even gave us that.
      All the other days in court prior to the hearing you don't even really get to speak. When you do they don't listen, I often said I request this to be thrown out as the senior officer said just after the arrest. I told this to the prosecution in my summary case conference too yet it took 18 months for the prosecution to look into the case the night before to actually drop the charges.
      This one I had to turn up for as they had bail over our head with a threat of jail for failing to attend court. Insane they can threaten you with jail over an obvious non offence but that's why they use the bail to try and silence people and not for its intended purpose.

      @@martyfocker that’s great on one way but I agree completely crap that we don’t get a chance for precedence. I feel like the advantage to this now is knowledge that next time more people will be less influenced by the threat of fines and will actually activate them to stand up.

      @martyfocker  Рік тому +3

      @offroadingfoz the magistrate court also doesn't set a precedent.
