The difference though, is that these Brits are an industry for Spain. They bring some money into the country and generally financially support themselves
That’s a little different to the primary complaint of Brits (and not just Brits) which is around illegal immigration and areas of the UK being turned into slums or people having holidays cancelled by hotels as they’re now migrant centres, whilst all costing the taxpayer billions
I think it’s wrong to say Brits complain about other cultures in the UK - I think we’re pretty tolerant of other cultures, some countries in the EU wouldnt allow some of the things we allow, legally or culturally. I’m sure we grumble but probably no more than anyone else.
That’s not to say I don’t have some sympathy for the local Spanish people who must wish they had the Germans and Dutch visiting, rather than our lot

Last time i had a hot curry benidorm it didn't end well about 30 minutes after i ate it i was on the beach and couldn't make it to the toilet so i just blasted crap all on the sand i laughed so much i nearly fell unconscious 🤣 nothing was wrong with the curry it was just the heat

Italian entertained by Brits in Benidorm here: in Italian "dormi bene" means "sleep well". Since Italian and Spanish are very similar... then maybe Benidorm means "well sleep"...?!🤔

There are dentists. Brits can't afford them. That said, they can afford plenty of cigarettes and beer. So, it's down to priorities. I don't understand why anyone wants to lose their teeth 🤢

I moved to Tenerife a few yrs back (16) an applied 4 Spanish CITIZENSHIP 🥳 ... and got it 👍 . Had to learn the Lingo , no worries if you've harf a brain ! Still Brits here an have bin for decade's ! They can't have a basic conversation in Spanish 😭 . Buenas noches amigos , cuídate . 👍🍻🇬🇧

Since you cannot work on this visa - not even remote work- you'll need to show proof of sufficient financial means for your duration of stay. Happy Brexit
