The one thing this show does for me is.... It puts me off ever going to Benidorm.
The old town is nice..very different.

Yes, and how cool that most Brits living there are happy with what they have, and don't feel the need to have fancy, lavish possessions and homes. I like it when they say they're "living the dream". It's about perspective and having gratitude ❤🙏

Nailed it, I live in Cyprus, tbh we have the ex-pat clicks here, in the pubs every day as soon as they open, a lot of male working "functioning" AA's
That couple saying they're living a 'mllionaires lifestyle' while living on a dusty, shanty, packed caravan park 😂😂😂😂 & working 16hour days, in their 50's. Totally bonkers.
I've never seen so many drunken, smoking, tattooed people in one place, than when I visited Benidorm.
Yeah but to them it's a millionaire's lifestyle. It's all relative and subjective to that person. I suggest you stop looking down on em' and start keeping it real ey😂

"English breakfast"? Doubtful. EU restrict UK egg and meat exports to member states. Any bacon produce is probably from Spain, France, the Netherlands, Denmark or Ireland.

We own a couple of holiday houses in Europe. The British holidaymakers were nightmares to have around. Especially the SOUTHERNERS. They left the houses like pig styes. Moaned when we used the deposit to fix /repair broken chairs, and deep clean their mess 😂😂. That's what it's for, folks, and we sent photos to support the reason for the fury.!! Feral. rude, drunken skum....And I'm a Brit!! Now we refuse to rent our property to any Brits..Europeans know how to behave with dignity

I’d be very interested to see what it’s like now after Brexit and Covid, I can’t imagine it’s been easy.
I watched the comedy series, loved it, but never thought it would be a place id actually visit. I went last year, had a ball. Its not all chavs and mobility scooters, has a lot of fantastic culture, history, coastline and food. I also discovered the 'chvs' arent all from the UK, most of them are native Spaniards.

It's shocking to see brits who retired have to save every penny to be able to live in Spain I do not get that you sell your house or rent it out you get retirement money from UK you should have 2-3k a month easy you should not have to work there. World is really changing but the same time it's good to see brits saving money and changing their behaviour 👍I love how happy they are not having much it is possible.

Brits are not banned from Spain . They have too abide by the 90 day rule . Can stay 90 days if they want then 90 days out of the country . Spain needs the Brits for their economy . As well as tourists from other countries . Though some resorts are fed up with drunken Dutch and Brits . Lived here 20 years but nowhere near the resorts woudnt rent free . These Brits are enjoying their lives so be it woudnt do for me but hey live n let live have a nice day enjoy the programme everyone 🥳👍

2002 i went to holland my main intensions was to look for where the germans go i met 2 nice german ladies one i ask to be penfriend the next year i turned up in germany visiting her but she wanted to travel i couldnt speak german and it was east germany not many learnt english i went on campsite the locals were very friendly i hang out with all people drinking beer in the park they were become good friends i went to a festival went swimming kept visiting same place the girl of my dreams wasnt interested in me but i kept enjoying the places meet another penfriend no luck with her but i bought her sheeps eventually got a job in forest later i had hernia but stayed german is mixed bought my house for 4000 eur

I thought it was mid to late 2000's, which would make some of the money they are all making seem reasonable, but was shocked to find out it was made in 2016!! Bloody hell, I make more in a day gardening than these people make in a week! Suppose it has its upsides...
