naw they should do the opposite, remake the lead Gundams in 30MM form for express builds. they can just reuse the inner frame. Maybe design a new bigger frame for the Nu Gundam, ZZ etc.

My friends got me an armor kit as a stocking stuffer. I can't wait to get my new kit to play with these guys lol. They are so neat! I love gunpla but love the freedom of these kits to just get lost and be a kid playing with a robot I can't wait!

This came up on my feed while I wanted something to watch/listen to while building the grey Portanova! I'm really digging these kits, and I may have to snag that weapon set after seeing this!
One thing I noticed about the melee weapon is that if you stick it carefully, you can get the squared off part above the handle to catch on the armor on the hand and maintain a solid-looking hold on it when held weight-lifter style.

Honestly, I wish the Red Portanova came with a more orange or magenta eye instead of straight red. Not complaining as it's my favorite color, but it definitely gets muddled. But it DOES make for a convincing E.X.A.M. system. Also, the dark portanova gives me a sort of, Jesta vibe... I think if mixed with the upcoming dark gray or black Alto you could probably manage that.
There needs to be a yellow one of these with a black close combat armor to make a Wasp themed mecha then give it the long spear hand so it can be the stinger.
The Origin Zaku (which you seem to have used for comparison) has a darker shade of green compared to a regular Zaku. So you're probably not wrong that it is in the original Zaku colors, just that you used the wrong kit for comparison.
I managed to find these kits a department store, of all places, at the AEON mall near me. NO luck on the weapons or armor packs. Akiba was a wash for finding these, even the first 3.

It's like they merged a Leo from Wing, and Doom Guy together. Also that green optic would work on the dark colored version, kinda like night vision

this is better than the black nail polish and comfortability of the thin see through black whatever that was from some on the more recent 30mm videos.

Space portanova is da bomb!! It fixes all the issues I have with it. January so far away though.
This robot is the same designer as OO, AGE and Iron-Blood mobile suits.
I tried one of these myself. Took me 46 minutes without stops.
Then again, if you're really good you can do this under 30 and that's fair enough.
