When you have 3 seasons of amazing animation with a realistic-ish art style and then have it change to a more cartoonie art style with a hit to the animation as well it sucks. Personally I'm more upset about the art style change. The previous seasons looked amazing and season 4 is just meh.

The animation is not that bad but i admit that the art is weird even though i am fine with it since it is close to the art in the manga. For me first part of season 4 is like the beginning of Season 2 it is mostly training camp there isn't much happening but i expect the animation to step UP in july for part 2 since it is where the Amazing things will start to happen.

Yes it's actually really disappointing. You won't notice the stiff animation in the first few episodes but it's become really apparent in the practice match between Karasuno and Dateko. There's a TON of still images it's like watching a PowerPoint presentation 🤦🏽♂️ I hope they step it up in the actual games
