I agree…Saturdays are the best feeling, then come Sunday late afternoon, I start to feel down, because Monday is looming around me. You’re not alone in feeling this way! Mondays I try to make my morning relaxing before logging in to work, and I treat myself by trying to keep my workload light…it helps me ease into the week better! 😊
My night routine: Deodorant, perfume, writing in my planner, doing yoga or stretches, making a bowl of fruits, reading 3 pages of a book, skincare, haircare, green tea, workout, brush teeth, and that's it! I recommend doing this night routine because it truly helps you wind down! It helped me alot and when i go to sleep i feel amazing! I also recommend taking a warm bath if you had a difficult day! Make sure to also not look at the screen as it can effect your sleep! Start your night routine at 8:00PM! Love ya!
