For everyone plz don't pour water as tomato and chicken has already and don't put salt in it bcz in Shan masala there is already salt and other spices

I won't recommend adding pyaz in karahi, wo chicken ka salan ban jaegaa.

Bhuna means to keep stirring and frying., until water and oil separate. It helps deeply fry the food without burning it

1/2 tsp salt
1.5 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp black pepper
4 tomatoes (quartered)
1/2 pack karahi masala
4 green chilis (sliced)
1 inch ginger (jullliene)
Coriander

Yeah, but make sure you don't cook it for long otherwise it'll become hard and rubbery.

Karahi mein onion use nai hota
Ap ne black peeper kab daali
How to increase gravy? And ur chicken is white not brown
You can add some more yogurt and water to get more gravy p.s chicken ko poora brown nai kerna hota otherwise it gets hard and dry.

Don't try this if you are a husband. Mene randomly bna lia tha weekend pe, itne ache recipe nikle k 4 months se har weekend banwa rhe he mujhse yahe mere family. It has become a duty now
