After our trip to Siam Paragon we wonder down the road to take a look around the Massive MBK Market shopping mall and see a very clear difference.

When I lived in China, I frequently went to Bangkok to get new visa's. I literally spent days in those malls. They were like my home away from home 😀

MBK is my favourite mall and have been going there for donkey's years. I usually catch a film on the top level when there's a decent one on show. The funny thing about cinemas in Thailand is that, just before the film, they always have a few minutes when they play the national anthem with images of the king being displayed and everyone has to stand up. My Dad used to tell me it was the same in the UK back in the day but after the film was over so everyone used to rush out just before 🤣😂
Ahh we loved the MBK centre… I think we went there every week after. We prefer these types of malls than the fancy posh ones it’s more in our price range 🤣🤣) and the MBK is great for gifts or as we say in Filipino- Pasalubong 🎁
Ahh we never experience that in the cinema back in the day.🤣🤣 about the UK style 🥴🤦🏽♀️

Actually all the Malls on this Strip you could walk through and on the Skywalk without even going on the street sidewalk. From MBK you can walk to Siam Discovery, Center, Paragon, Central World To Gaysorn to Amarin to Central Childlom Central Embassy all by Skywalk/Bridges between the malls!
