So some people miss this detail, in the first scene when he's playing the composition he stops midway because he hasn't finished it to completion. He also tells Sophie that he'll complete it that day.
When he is witnessing the cleanup the two are doing, he's playing the same composition and he finishes it under pressure..

How the F can an American say that Indian food is spicy without having tried it in their entire life? Indian food is spicy, but not just in terms of being chili hot. It has a blend of flavorful spices like star anise, clove, cardamom, bay leaf, cinnamon, black pepper, mace, and nutmeg.
