I am totally impressed to hell... Awesome build, the craft work on that place and the fact that it is odds and ends and pallets... Crazy!! And did I see a Banjo on the sofa? What?
Absolutely love this mate! Anything is possible if you put your mind to it! I've been putting off my man cave build due to not being confident to build from pallets and thinking buying timber will be costly....can I ask what items you purchased?
Only a few bits were actually purchased. I slipped some CLS timber from B&Q along the inside of the pallet walls, just to give them some added strength. A whole load of screws, nails, window sealant, a shed consumer unit and a some sockets etc, the ammo box I made the wood burner from. Apart from that, everything else was skips, driveways, free from Facebook marketplace, or donated from friends and family. Give it a go mate, it's just a fair amount of common sense and trial and error.
Hi, i have a pallet build on the go and now ive got the sides up. 2 pallets high . Im getting worried about the sides buckling in as theres a lot of weight in them, used blue pallets its an awkward diamond shape too. How have you braced yours to prevent this from happening. Cheers and looks an awesome mancave
Your brother did a great job making this 👍👍👏👏
Brings back memories of your wonderful beer reviews, I do miss them.
You are a very talented person

Yep. ran a 3 x 2 timber down inside each pallet, to stop them flexing at the join. no problems so far.
