Is the only main difference between this and the 16 cup slice and dice machine simply how big the bowls are (9 cup versus 26 cup), lack of a peeling/julienne/french fry cutting abilities, and the lack of a timer on this one?
@@one-eyepadidally8449 In addition to what you wrote above..note that this Paradice 9 model does not offer different size dicing blades as the 16 cup Sous Chef Slice and Dice...It comes with the one seen in this video ...I have the Sous Chef & this model arrives this coming week after much research as to attachments offered.. :)
Absolutely OUTSTANDING video....I have watched ALL available on UA-cam since Breville came out with this model...Mine arrives this coming week(Nov 25th)...I will never need another video to help me with ANY part of this machine and it's discs, gears , slicing blades , etc.... I don't know how to thank you...seriously....Pls know I am so grateful, I am a crafter/card maker & instantly wanted to send you a handmade card....Thank you for ALL you have done here...the layout...the preparations...the assembly of each part of the P9...even a recipe with the bananas, coconut milk & Chia seeds I am going to make ! I'm so encouraged with the confidence I now feel with using any part of this machine....this will make ALL the difference in my using the Paradice 9 in my life.... I have one question....Do you know whether a carrot can be diced? I'd like to know for sure as many food processors break when trying to do just that.... Thank you Nancy! We are glad this video was helpful :) I have not yet tried dicing the carrot, but the manual specifies that carrots can be diced using the Paradice 9.

I have the Breville Sous Chef 16 pro and it is so strong and never struggles with the load. This video definitely helped me decide this cheaper model is not for me. Thank you for doing detailed video. Are you still happy with Paradice 9 size and features or you wish you had gone bigger for Paradice 16? Is the dicing still working ok without anything getting stuck on top of dicing disc all the time? How easy or hard do you find the Paradice 9 to clean?

@anul8916 ....This Paradice 9 comes with the dicing kit...Please note...it has one size dicing ability in the line of this Paradice 9....rather small in comparison to the Breville Sous Chef Peel and Dice where three sizes are available to purchase.... There is NO other dicing blade size available.... Hoping in future Breville will have the two other sizes available like as offered in the Breville Sous Chef line....
