#SOTD - L’eau Bleue D’Issey por Homme Issey Miyake
A new arrival to my collection . As many know L’eau D’Issey por Homme is my take to solitary fragrance and if I get shipwrecked with Mrs Fritz this is going to have to join us . She gives this a solid 9 . This was also created by Jacques Cavalier and like L’eau D’Issey has a kitchen sink of notes but is listed as a woody aromatic . This is one that gets caught in debate “ is it a Blue ?? “ . To me yes it is but I have a broader definition of “ blue “ , or many shades of blue . I’ll just say “ I’m no expert but Jacques Cavalier is an expert and he labeled it Blue Water of Issey “

No shortage of this fragrance in Western Europe; which you can get from many outlets at the price of 30 euros for 75ml.

Not discontinued. People have been saying it’s discontinued since 2018 or something yet new bottles are being created.
