May I ask how I'm susposed to make a club application with google forms? I always get sent to making a buisness application and idk why.
@@staceyworden9217 make sure to use a BLANK form, which will start you completely from scratch. Don't use any pre-made templates!

When you mentioned Internet safety I can remember this one time a few years ago on discord. I was a minor and still am right now, so I met a man in his 50s, at first we were talking about normal stuff (not going to mention name or user by the way for privacy reasons.) Then he started asking sexual and other types of questions that made me uncomfortable I didn't answer any but he kept going, I said I was uncomfortable with those questions, he said "Too bad sweetie" That made me even more uncomfortable so I ended up blocking him and reporting him.
Oh wow! That is a totally unsafe situation, but I am glad you did the right thing and blocked and reported him!

How do you send it to people through SSO? I can't say anything because of the chat filter, and I'm not sure how I can send the form to them.
You wouldn't be able to send it through the chat. They would have to have some sort of online platform like UA-cam where you can put a link in the description of the video, then direct people to watch that video and click the link there.

Would you recommend having several applications on the same form/link? For example I'm thinking of having my co-owner, club leader, riding instructor, member, and comp team applications on the same link, but only having the questions on the member application as required.
Good question! Though it takes more resources, I personally recommend using a separate form for staff applications! There's a way to set it so that based on a certain answer someone picks, they will be automatically redirected to different questions for each staff position. For example, if you have a multiple choice question of "what position are you interested in?" - instructor, leader, or events manager, if someone picks Instructor they would be taken to the Instructor questions within the same form!

Hi! Good afternoon. I was wondering if you had a video on how to set up the spreadsheet that you created for your club applicants? Not sure if your active anymore. I have been playing SSO for little over a year now and I have my own club that I am trying to get organized and trying to become a better owner. I am watching your Club Application form video currently to get my own Club Application Set up for future members.
When you open the club application form, click "Responses" then there should be a little green square 🟩 icon that says something like "Link to Sheets" and that automatically generates a spreadsheet!
@@RebeccaRavenbird I clicked the club application form link I think but since your applications are closed currently I could not see the green icon or click responses
@@AdventuresWithJackson you have to click on your own Google form to see that green square. It won't work on a Google form belonging to someone else!

You use Google Forms. Make sure you make a Google account (usually you make a Gmail account) and then go to Google drive, right click on your Google drive then click Google form
I have a question. Is it still considered copying when using the questions of the Q&A, but still giving the answers that belong to the club?
No :) . It would only be copying if you copied the exact answer we give

I think when you hit the "close" button in the Editing page, you can edit the closing message

Great question! You'll have to go back to your Google drive and open it back up, and from there you can look at responses. Hope that helps!

How do I make people know what the link is called?
You have to share the link to other people! You won't be able to send the link through star stable, but you can tell people to look on your club's website, Instagram, UA-cam, or Discord social media pages!

Ok so, when you wrote “Age 14+ and/or demonstrates maturity” are you asking you need to be 14+ and demonstrate maturity? Or are you saying 14+ or demonstrate maturity?
If you're 14+ AND demonstrate maturity, that's great. But if you're not 14 but you DO demonstrate maturity, that's also acceptable
