I’ve tried all the possible permutations and combinations of eggless cupcakes like yoghurt and milk and butter and oil and condensed milk and vinegar and god knows what but nothing tops the texture of these! Wow! Just made this , added a tea spoon of milk powder just coz I wtd to experiment and did 3 of them with a Lil biscoff spread mixed in. They are soooooo spongy ! You are right , they spring back at you! You are a genius. Thank you ❤
These cup cakes turned out awesome .... They where just melt in mouth. I loved the idea of mixing milk and curd and they rise really well ... Only one thing I faces was the butter should not be sloppy if it's sloppy the cup cake sinks ... Love love the recipe
This is my fav way of making eggless vanilla cake.. i put baking soda, baking powder in yogurt only and it become more fluffy than this..then u can add milk in the batter later

The best recipe so far I have came across. This saved me from my guests. Made this and once out from oven it has hard sides. But as it cools down and comes to room temperature this were the softest and tastiest EGGLESS CUPCAKES. Thank you so much for this. ❤

Hi! The recipe looks sooper awesome and I tried this today for my daughter's birthday. Everything got ready in record time like you said and i poured them into the liners and baked into a pre-heated oven at 160 degrees for 20 mins..but it didn't bake..it was raw. So I kept a tab until it baked..it took me 90 mins! Not sure if it's my OTG or what! Both rods on, middle rack, preheated at 160 for 10 mins and then baked at the same temp for 20 and then multiplied by 3 for final baking to complete. And once cooled, the cupcake was overflown and sunk in centre. I measured everything on my scale.... everything in grams was measured on the scale. Dry and wet ingredients alike. Can you help me fix the issue? Mine is a borosil OTG, 52lts one. They tasted awesome ❤

I had a few questions about the boiled milk buttercream and since you're making a video again, I thought it best to ask you right now. It is possible that one can end up over-beating when we beat the butter and cooked milk mixture? Will beating for a long time make the mix too runny instead of keeping it stiff? I had this doubt because since the last few preparations, I'm noticing that my cooked milk mixture doesnt evenly mix in the butter and very tiny lumps remain in the frosting. So the frosting doesnt look as smooth as one would like. But I'm also afraid to beat it for too long.
Hi Alvina! Yes I have used a mix of red (3 drops) and blue (1 drop) to get this shade of purple. Thank you so much for pointing this out - Usually when you add the pudding mix in small additions, you keep beating them on a medium speed and once all the mix has been used up, you crank up the speed to high and beat for about 2 - 3 minutes. By then usually, the mix becomes homogenous! May I please ask for how long after adding all of the pudding mix do you whisk the frosting for and at what speed please? I will definitely address this and the lumpy aspect of the pudding mix in the updated video. 💗

Hi!! Yes absolutely! This batter is enough for a 6 inch cake (single layer). You can double the recipe for 2 layers of 6 inch cake or 1 layer of an 8 inch cake! The baking time may vary slightly. For the 8 inch, it may take about 50 - 55 minutes. I hope this helps! 💗
