I am in both discords, and I know how the SCR Discord is compared to BR's.
Its not that SCR isnt realistic at all, it has stations, all the rolling stock, signal system and much more entirely based on real life, but as a game it needs to have a differentiator which it has in its arcade style and livery system.

Well. BR does having a Main Line full of Overhead Wires. Class 387 Electrostars would fit nicely as a Regional train. And when it is 8-12 coaches, we can use them as Semi-Fast Commuters.

Not really a fair comparison stations wise. BR has not been out as long as SCR and will expand over time, just like SCR did. Therefore I would not make that a thing during this video as I don’t see it to be a completely fair comparison. I do agree with all the others tho so well done with that.

Well, I took the quality one in too, so in that case, SCR wins. BR did have more stations than SCR on its release, 19.

Nah SCR is finished it has a large amount of bugs, unrealistic train train acceleration and speed physics, unrealistic breaking force physics and the trains look more like cartoons
Were as BR with what we have seen out of it from leading up to 1.3 has massive potential
Better train handling physics, better trains models, better physics in general, AI passengers, you dont have to train to be a guard, it has a longer and better branch line and Trains can go just about anywhere in the map and the speed limits on track sections are also realistic overall its a far superior game to SCR and its numbers are catching up and fast so if BR updates keep comin SCR is doomed

i disagree, BR has way better graphics, attention to detail and physics, br has a smaller team aswell as a huge focus on detail. scr has completely destroyed its map eith turning the best stations into shit, leighton city and coxly were incredible a long time ago, but now they are dead as hell, i remember spawning at coxly depot and then using the track eith a huge turn and small scenery to get onto there, truly peak, butvscr has destroyed that, the BR team are working hard to supply us with new content.
