What to expect during psychological assessments

Waiting for mu results! Less than 2 weeks. Im nervous! And excided. I dont wanna bebre traumatized.

Are ocd assessments any different and how long do they take. And can i do it over the phone or video i have terrible anxiety. I am terrified!
