Ive had MAUTODYNAMICEQ now for a few years (basically the same). Its my go-to EQ for most surgical tasks. Great guide on how to use it. This is why i use it - targeted side-chaining. Also automatable params are fun for the lp and hp filters.
This is one of the greatest plugins of all time. I've had it for several years....and still it is a frikkin' workhorse.... Try the envelope follower...its bonkers.

I got this when I bought AIR MUSIC'S "BOOM DRUM MACHINE" the other day, and I'm really excited to add it to my vox chain! It seems like you can get super intricate with it, and I was lacking a proper dynamic EQ. Brilliant. Thank you again, PB!

Yeh I know, Melda are completely amazing, I got their Delay for $25, I mean WTF??? Check it out, in fact just check out all of them, they all have hidden depth of function, things you may never have even thought about to include....unbelievable....have a fun day......
This demo hardly touches the surface of this plugin, could have spent the whole time just going through the metering and analyzer settings alone. One of the craziest things you can do is attach one of the built in modulators to the incoming frequency fundamental (or MIDI note input), and then modulate the base frequency of a band by it, allowing you dynamically adjust the signal in both the amplitude and frequency domains, and then play with the harmonic management - wanna change the EQ character of an instrument for every note it plays, independantly and dynamically? Get this, it's insane.
I downloaded two days ago the demo to try it and when I try to match 2 songs, for example to make a harsh song from vinyl (that never has been released in compact disc) be listened like a song from a compilation (same artist,same genre of songs), it always creates resonances and sweeps,it makes the sound more worse and worse distorted!!!!! A friend of mine told me that I need to buy new soundcard expensive for my laptop and also, these programs are not for songs from vinyl, but for separate parts for example kick,snare,bass etc.

I've downloaded it yesterday and I'm trying to learn how to use sidechain in Reaper; by now I haven't, but I'll keep trying!

It's not really that hard even if you use a different DAW. I use FL Studio 21

I've been trying to find a guide on how to do this technique, do you know what part of the manual refers to this?
