The more I kept watching the video of you driving on the highway, I kept asking myself “why does that road seem so familiar and then I saw you take the Centreville Exit and was shocked because I go down that same road sometimes and live in Centreville. Hope to see your ST on the road man! Definitely subbing to you after watching this video.

What exhaust do you have? I have the AWE track edition and I absolutely hate it. It drones like mad on the highway and will literally vibrate anything not bolted down in the car on deceleration.
Oh geez that doesn’t sound good lol I have the full MBRP exhaust! I don’t have any complaints
Sounds good, has a little drone but tapers off
i got the touring axle back for the awe to go on the track. i have a comparison on my channel. Alot better tone imo but still not as deep as some other exhausts

I have that same VM engine cover, in black. I had to cut the holes out myself though for the dipstick and oil cap area.. did yours come precut? Its subtle but it makes a difference!
my 2016 ST is also running the BNR71, XDI HPFP, RS injectors, Radium plate, cPE FMIC, cPE exhale with Tial, vented/stage 2 damond front CC (and a JLT rear), Maxton Design rear valance..etc...pretty much identical builds 😎. But i didnt see what fuel support you're using (hpfp upgrade, aux, etc). I only ran with the RS injectors because I wanted to limit my whp to around 420'ish. Im using a dual map 93/E40, but I dont use the 93. Even with the stock turbo and a 93/E30 tune, I literally kept it on E30 for 3.5 years before i went big turbo like 5 or 6k miles ago lol. Its fun being able to walk Scat Packs and 5.0 Mustangs.. i get a lot of AMG Mercedes and M series BMWs trying to play and unless they're a new gen, I'm pretty sure they go sell them when they get walked by a Ford Focus 😅

sorry for the late reply lol a lot of hate for uploading for fun 😂 but mine did come precut cut but the fitment was awful so i had to fix it… not to mention sand down edges cause it was SHARP and jagged

@@VJC4x yeah, the hpfp and RS injectors (cheaper than ST injectors and give you another 100cc) is a great combo if you want to keep it conservative without risking the engine. Im very tempted to just get the xdi injectors if i can find a good deal on some, and just telling my tuner to do his thing lol... power is addicting... 400+whp is great, but you always want more because there's always a faster car! But like you said..FoSTs are expected to be quick down low, on track, etc..but not up top. And the BNR71 just gives you that top end power all through redline if you want it
what is your shifter set up including the knob

I have an 18 fbo/JSTe30 at almost 90k. How long have you been on the BNR? Dyno? Really considering 2860 because of Alan... or BNR67.
What's your experience /time etc. with your BNR. What about your local ST community and their big turbos? BTW, EBC makes makes nice brakes for us... Thanks!
Awesome to Hear! Forst off I appreciate the comment brotha! My experience with BNR goes back to the Mazda speed days! Been running there products for a long time and some buddies! I have been on this current setup for 19k miles! Some misfiring issues but easily solved! Allen has BEEN amazing! Probably the best E/tune I’ve had and I did do a dyno with the e tune and cracked 375 whp on 93 and 400 on E!!
I would say the thing I don’t like about the BNR is the internal waste gate! The others not the ST community run external and seems to be easier to tune
I’ve been running a bnr67 for a year now. Also running xdi evo pump so I’m using e50. Only issues I’ve had was the smoking issues with the radium baffle plates in which if you redo your pvc system it fixes it. Bnr turbos are nice because it’s litterally just a swap in turbo. Pretty straight forward. If I would do it all over again I’d get a new ewg Garrett g30

Shame u boys never got the mk2 ST & RS. MK1 RS’ were and still are sick. None the less bet she’s a hoot to daily mate. U got much more plans for it?
Agreed. We never got that glorious volvo inline 5. We can’t get the new ST either because ford just wants to pump out trucks and mustangs in the states.

I’m actually building a custom sidewinder kit for it…. Idk if people would be interested in seeing that! But bigger turbo and slowly gathering parts for a built motor

How much are you into the car to get the power and look you have? Been looking into the ST and can’t decide if I wanna do it, everyone says they are easily faster than a RS for wayyy cheaper I just can’t justify putting a bunch of money into a car when I could just get the RS and make the same power for less
Yeah so big turbo for these cars can run you 1.2k-1.8k and with a front mount and maybe Intake, and GET A VENTED CATCH CAN you can push 350 which is whp and that to me in a FWD is plenty for street. Under 3k for sure man! They are fun budget cars
@VJC4x bought one. 88k on it. Based on the physical appearance, suspension, lack of shitty ricer adornments, I'm pretty confident the last two owners took great care of it. Runs fine far as i can tell even though almost seems like there's a minor misfire at idle. Loud Nov sound to, so not sure if thats normal with the stock turbo. I am aiming to get 300-350 hp max so guess I need to perform a comp, leak down, and oil sample test through winter whole I'm not driving it much before dumping k's into it. Are these pretty robust engines if maintained well?

Actually nothing to bad 22MPH about when I’m daily driving, if I’m beating on it on backroads i feel like I can see my fuel gauge just fall 😂
You dynoed 400whp without aux fuel?
With full E yeah I did, it’s definitely not advised as running AUX/METH has HUGE benefits in power and temps. I have a kit I just haven’t thrown it on yet, I have a custom sidewinder kit going on so I’ll throw it on and do another video! I hope that made sense
Would not advise it though, as I don’t run that map hardly ever, I normally cruise on 93 map which Is 380 whp with high pressure fuel pump!
You should have called your vid, Driving a Ford daily. At least expected you to go full taps for a gear or three. But this was boring as hell to watch tbh.
