2025 Proton X70: Massively improved, but no price hike - How come?

With Anis being a Proton customer (an owner of a Proton X50), we look at the new 2025 Proton X70 from a different perspective (other than the usual geeky motor journo style that we have become accustomed to). One of the highlights of the 2025 Proton X70 is that manages to maintain its same competitive price, even with the various new improvements added to it. Even with a new face, new cabin, and a new operating system, the X70's price still manages to range from RM98,800 to RM126,800!

i got this 2025 x70 about 1 month ago, so far no major complaint, but as usual Proton QC can be better, i’ve got minor defect like USB on the driver side does not work, some weird sound when turning on ICC, but SC promises all the problem can be settle if i have time to leave my car at SC for a few days and everything is under warranty. On the positive note, yes this car ride and handling is top notch, i love the nappa leather on the seat, very soft and comfy, ICC works great on the highway, tech like Intelligence high beam control and auto wiper is great, overall this is good car for the money. Before i buy this x70, i spent quiet a bit of money renting car using socar for long distance for testing such as corolla cross, tiguan all space, x50, mazda cx5, and pre facelift x70, and i can conclude X70 2025 is the best option and value for money. I am shock this x70 drive better than tiguan allspace, and more comfortable for long distance. im hoping there no major problem in the incoming years…😊

One thing to note about Proton SC is that if one cannot satisfy your inquiries, do change to other reputable SC. Some SC are good but most are bad.
