In this video, I take you along with me as I go about my day as a remote Client Software Engineer for Posh. I show you my schedule, talk about the different meetings I'm a part of, and take you with me to go to the gym and run errands. Remote work could be pretty isolating, but it can also be a freeing experience. This video should give you a cool and stress free glimpse into what my days are like.

Hi KJ! You're my major inspiration in Engineering! Continue vlogging and showing these things!
Currently, I'm very tired because I landed an intership and I'm finishing my bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, but ever I see your videos, I get motivation. Thank you so much!
I'll be applying to MIT next year. When I get in KJ, all thanks to you, I'll be there because of you and your immensely motivating words.
See you there, bye

I like everything that you do.
Where do you work and what do you guys build
It’s called Posh Technologies, and mainly AI voice and message chatbots in the banking industry. You can read up on them at posh.tech
Dude u did ur undergrad from mit in aerospace engineering...but now u are doing work as a software engineer...i want to ask that why aren't u working in the aerospace sector like in nasa instead of software sector...?
That’s the beauty of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering is that you have to write code for the product that you design👍🏾🙏 He can write code for aircraft situations as well😀
@@BigBen866 pls go and see the aerospace engineering sllybus first...
I'm invincible, yeah, I win every single ga
like this kind of vlog all the best 🎉
Sounds a lot like scrum implementation being used on a daily basis
great video
Can mechanical engineers work as software engineers? Am asking because I thought you did aerospace eng but now working as a software eng. I am at crossroads between choosing mech vs Soft.
Absolutely. The head of people at the company I work for now was actually a mechanical engineering major. You can be a software engineer and focus on physical system applications. Or you can be a mechanical engineer or focuses more on how computers will interface with those systems. In either case, the real-world coding experience will help merge the two
@@KJHardrict From your perspective, could I get some advice. I am joining Uni next year and have a mech eng offer, I love robotics but lately I've been getting into self-taught coding and discovered I might have a passion for AI but I still like mechanical aspects of engineering like design, aerodynamic, kinematic. How did you know what you were going to study was the right thing for you and how you deal with the doubt that maybe you were wrong but at the time of the conclusion it's too late you're indebt doing a course you don't really like
@@KJHardrict Sorry for the rant, I am really torn between the 2 and being from a less financially secure family to later on realize that it was all for nothing really messes with my head
You can definitely get a mechanical engineering degree, while still tailoring your courses to include coding classes. That’s a path often used in robotics fields!
You’ll be fine either way. Whether you focus your degree in computer science, while learning physical concepts, or the other way around. It’s all not a lost cause, and the problem solving and engineering skills will transfer regardless of the subfield
Coding really makes people hungry 😂😂😂😂 software engineering videos 80% eating
yo @skinnypop throw a sponsor over to my guy KJ
