I have gone to other videos and this really works if you have a big tv, oculus, or movie projector. It makes you feel comfortable as a beginner that wants to work on some things at home before trying it out in gym. Also can you do this for sparring lessons as well with that you can freestyle cause every fighters have different techniques and styles in fighting.
thanks so much for these uploads, the pace and variation is spot on! if I may make one small critisism, i prefer when the camera stays upright and doesnt slip or roll. for example slipping left or right; if the camera stays looking at the coach I can see the punch coming and slip myself, but if the camera man slips its a bit disorientating and i cant see the punch. hope that made sense. thanks again for making lockdown workouts possible!!
Enjoying your workouts, glad you're doing new content each week. One criticism this week is the camera movement, I felt it was better with a static camera like the other videos. Maybe that's because I don't like change. Keep it up though, will be making use off all your workouts.

Hey, yeah the channel has been around a while but only really started focussing on it properly over the last 3 months. Warm up routine sounds like a great video. I’ll get on that. Thanks
Great question, there’s a couple of factors that would come into play and obviously how hard you worked 🤔😂 but one of our girls tracked her calories over 10 rounds on the pads and hit 460 calories so let’s say 46 calories a round which is 276 calories over 6 rounds. But this is just an approx amount 🥊 Hope this helps a bit

I'm so used to 1=jab, 2=cross, that I kept messing up "Two" and "Three". But overall, fun and great virtual pad work!

I lift weights and noticed how slow and tight I’ve gotten. Quit training because of my anger now I’m good and it gets me calm.
