The catcher physique, reminds me of Giovanni Soto. I don't know why the Cubs got rid of him because he was really good, and a really good hitter as well. Every team needs a good catcher and hopefully we see him on the cubs major league team in a couple years.

So he plays both corners of the infield? If he can bring a 3rd-baseman's reflexes to 1st, that would be great. There is no sure guarantee in baseball, but I do hope Ballesteros makes it with the Cubs.
Cubs need to sign Trevor Bauer for a starting pitcher. He said he would play for the league minimum and it would be beneficial to both. Cubs will get a starter with experience and willingness to play for cheap to help out the Cubs on salary.
