Season 22 was a complete mess. Warlocks tanking everything short of a thermonuclear warhead explosion, Mario Kart on Mars, and the weapons we truly deserve. One of the BEST seasons on record in terms of fun factor.

it was nuts. absolutely nuts. like laser tag weekend but on roids
It was insane.
And the biggest WTF moment was Bungie declaring there was NO PLANS AT ROLLBACKS.
Everybody went crazy on all of the hardest raids.
And when the world needed him most... He returned.

The craftening was absolutely wild and I loved every minute of it, getting a glitched vexcalibur to mess up bosses was 10/10.

All I ever did was make the full auto shotgun rifle....... and then use it for nightfall..........
The craftening was hands down the most fun I've ever had playing this game. Strand titan GMs were also insanely fun this season. Just a shame that the burnout hit so hard.
And I'm so depressed I couldn't get to experience it.
I can't believe I missed all of this because I was burnt out in the witch season. I didn't even get YT videos about it. I bet nothing ain't gonna show up this season since redownloaded.
I was so sad I wasn't there cuz this is like, the 4th time something really cool came out and I either wasn't playing destiny at the time or didn't know about it
@ItsDaKoolaidDude If nothing else, at least you didn't have it as bad as my clanmate. Guy came home from vacation just in time to make a glitched weapon, then have it disabled before he could use it.
I was having some major burnout that season (which kinda sucked cause it was a great season tbh) but when I logged into discord after my morning class and saw what was happening I couldn’t believe it. Honestly expected it to be patched by the time I got home, but Bungie turned into the cool parents and gave us what was hands down the most fun weekend of all time in this game.

That whole crafting apocalypse was fun to be a part of and a nightmare to go against.
Rip my shotgun liner with mulgan bait and switch and the easy 10 mill damage a bullet.
I just miss my shotgun handgun and lmg shotgun
The Craftening will live on in infamy. What a fun period of the game (for PvE players at least)
As a pve player, it was the funnest time I ever had as it finally made soloing dungeons possible for me
Watching Nezarec get ass-blasted to the moon and back is by far a highlight of my 9 year experience with this game.
PvP player here, it was incredible fun too(let's hope it never happens again). Auto rifles were the strongest but grenade launchers, bows and hand canons were the most fun.
Turning the Ghosts of the Deep boss into pate with a glitched MG was cathartic after those moths ruined so many solo flawless runs. It turns out she has enough health that burning her down with a shotgun MG generates enough super energy from damage to launch 5 nova bombs in a single damage phase.
It was a blast in PVP as well. Totally changed up how you had to approach the game for that one weekend. When everyone is OP, nobody is.

Going flawless with a Minigun and a 10 multi shot unlimited ammo primary grenade launcher was one of the best things to happen to me in destiny
The Craftening segment brought me back. I am so glad they let us play with that bug for a weekend.

3) i will always miss the craftening, that was THE most fun ive EVER had in destiny, ever. it encouraged everyone to do raids, gms, crucible, it also encouraged me atleast to chase more weapons down to be crafted to see what horrendous combo i could make, either a gun that cant hurt a fly, or a weapon to surpass metal gear.
i would do anything to get that shit back bruh :(

The Craftening is on the same level of craziness as the 12 man raids/dungeons and nightfalls and I already miss it

Despite the quality of the game being absolutely hell and awful, MP still managed to put out a solid edit and clip just like we all expected
I remember when I started destiny 2 around beyond light and seeing your stasis video. It was so fire. Then seeing your DMT vid. And here we are 3 years later with still the same fire as before.
That was truly a magnificent weekend, and I'm so happy I'm reminded that my frames got butchered the whole time
