- I did end up eating with friends on the weekend. Already had protein powder and protein bars at the house. Besides that the groceries lasted fine for the week.

Rule no.2 after checking what you have, is to always eat something before going shopping so you never do groceries while hungry! Less chances for spontaneous impulse buying lol.
When it comes to eggs she does just like my mom. It's always smart to spin them. Love her outfit too.
Why not look at the bottom of the carton if theres egg white leaking through?
I never do it but I just open and check if none are cracked and the packaging isn’t leaking(in the uk they usually sell them in cardboard packaging so easy to tell)

@@danielenzoo I've been to Walmart where the eggs are cracked but somehow it's like the yolk seals and keeps the egg from actually leaking out but the egg still rots. I think that's why they spin them.

love the video. just a couple notes, happiness over clear mind.... how could you. and you can freeze stuff(chicken) on sheet pans then bag them once frozen and they are alot easer to cook with p.s. you can do it with fresh berries and it works great p.p.s. your videos always cheer me up.

5:32 Nature's Path granolas(pumpkin seed/flax and coconut/chia and PB) are lightly crunchy. Easy to eat👀👀 I've seen them around as well as at Aldi's.

my favorite desert/snack/could be breakfast is zero sugar greek yogurt, keto cereal, cinnamon & some kind of carb like a bagel or bread all MIXED together. I just break the bread into little bites, mix it into the yogurt & cereal (chocolate preferably, or cinnamon flavored), dump some ground cinnamon in there and then because I'm crazy, I sprinkle some tajin to bring out the flavors more. soooo good. usually around 300 cals, 20 g protein, and it's fun to eat :)

Life hack: when your checking eggs just lightly rub your hand across all the tops of the eggs to make sure they lift up slightly. If they do they ain’t broke. Cause if they were the liquid dries and sticks to the cardboard.

With the fruit you do in the morning, what I do is put it all in a bowl and smash n twist it down with a (wet) cup.... Then adding granola to it or it to granola 🤷👌
Btw that kind of plastic almost always leaves a residue in the water that makes it taste funny. Clear plastic is better than waxy.

1. Chamomile = Kamo-meal.
2. On cereal: as a person who cannot live without them, I'd recommend no muesli or granola cereal, because they combine the sugars of branded stuff with the weight of grains, and a 45g serving is barely a handful. This, I currently regret and live through by cutting calories from my lunch and afternoon snack.
3. More on cereal: so, the actually good picks: light rice cereal with fruit or chocolate, to go with yoghurt and fruit.
4. I can't believe you got FAGE yoghurt! My choice is Total (also Greek), but 5% fat because I feel it has the best texture.
5. Snacks... I don't know, besides dried fruit, I haven't found anything that fills my snacking munchies without being overwhelming - except popcorn, but I only eat that at home.
Really nice video, it's good to know that other people struggle with their choices while shopping.

I used to try all the coffee cream flavors until I realized hazelnut and french vanilla are the only good ones. I actually just had the italian sweet creme a few weeks ago and it was probably my least favorite of all.

Could you go over an indepth look at low calorie foods. I struggle with hunger in the day when I try my calorie deficit
Have you tried eating some of your dinner calories for lunch or breakfast instead? Maybe that will help. Plus you don't need to eat a lot at night.
Diet sodas help me. Caffeine as well. I wouldn't go overboard on either but they definitely can help

Frozen peas or edamame is the way to go. You can add protein and fiber to pretty much anything you cook with little effort.
Also, a bag of sugar snap peas dipped in hummus is amazing. It's just peas on peas.
