Dustin recounts the story told to him by his grandmother back in 2010 - about how his grandmother was almost taken by a sasquatch - and how HER grandmother and uncle showed that sasquatch the business end of some serious iron!

Wow! I was entranced listening to this story. Thank you Dustin for sharing this incredible story. It’s been said a million times over but never mess with a woman’s children’s.
No snackage tonight. Just had knee replacement today. Relaxing in hospital. Thank u Nance for all the great uploads. Much respect for u and everyone. 🎉🎉
Prayers for a speedy and complete recovery ❤
🤗
🙏
Hope you heal quickly! ❤️
Hope you get better soon! My wife had double knee replacement at 46! Best thing we could have done. Do all of the exercises and work hard to get them straight! There is just a limited amount of time to do that, so make that your top priority.
Holy Moly Guracamote! A super true story. I was fascinated the whole time. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you Dustin awesome story. Thank you Nance for reading it.
Hey there Nance,
Your story at the video’s end brought tears to my eyes. Your gram sounds like a special lady. I miss mine dearly as well. Now I’m a grandmother myself; time rolls on.
Goodnight to you and all fellow listeners🥰
Mahalo🌺
Got my snack, homemade banana pudding and ready for this story. Wow!! This is another awesome story. Glad this person got to get to know his grandmother, I only knew one of my grandmother, but really got to be around her very much cause we lived so far away. Count your blessings for knowing your grandparents. God bless you 😊
Amen, my Grandmother basically raised me and I had the Best that a young boy could have--she Loved God, Country and Kids...
Oddly enough I have given the same advice. But tonight was an amazing encounter. This encounter made think of my Grandma she always had good stories to tell and she even helped me skip school every now and then. Thank you for the encounters.
What an incredible story!! Loved it, thank you Nance!!
Hey howdy hey well it's a nice warm day here in willow creek California it's 78 degrees and sunny my snackage is BBQ chicken breast and bushes baked beans and Cesar sald with gyros and to drink a big glass of raspberry moonshine hiccup 🎉✌️😋🌈
Also sounds yummy
Hi, from Maine. It's a nice warm, dark night at 37°.
Yummy am I to late.?👍
That was such a wonderful way to end the story.
That was a good reminder with time flying because most of us are on the down side of the hill.
I have been taking care of my loved ones for so long I didn't realize til just now when you ended with your beautiful story that I have been leaving my slice of pie for others.
Thank you👣💕🌻
Great story Nance! Give yourself time to heal up. Live stream might be too much. But we know Nance always surprised s us.
Snackage: cheeseburger and fries!
Love from Cincy!
Butter pecan for my treat tonight lol. Hope all are well n the Sasquad!
Does your thumbnail really say Bigfoot fuck around and found out?? 😂😂
Love the story and the advice from your grandmother ❤. And it’s never to late to start cutting your piece of pie ❤❤
Yes assassins hi nance and sasquad!!!!!!! Yaaaayyyyy!!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Great stories! Thanks to both of you. I'm an old man myself. I like that sage advice about always "cutting a piece for yourself." The actual story also was quite riveting. As always, thanks for what you do so well... Storytelling.
Now I want some North Idaho huckleberry pie like my mom used to make. She used to hear cougars scream at night. Maybe they weren't cougars.
Thankyou BF YOUR REPORTS ARE THE BEST!!!
Hello Nance and everyone! 🐾🐾🐾🐾🦶🦶🦶🦶
Ty, especially for making us pies.
'Eye' spy a PIEce of pie Oh my Oh my. I must try. My very own pie! 😛
Thks for sharing I loved it all!♡
What an awesome recount! It's so wonderful that your Grandmother had some of that Tenneess Mimi in her as well- standing up for herself to stay out of the tent and cutting her braid off. When said the right way, i guess the elders would listen. Or they knew your grandma was too snart to get anything passed her! Awesome awesome! Thank you Dustin for getting the history and characters together in a way to tell it so well! Thank you for taking that email on! Whoop woo!
Leave a piece of of pie for yourself also sounds like enjoy a little as you go ( in general) . To the "Jefferson's" a piece of the pie goes along way, lol! How would she be so wise had she over indulged?! I actually softly cried at her wisdom. Thank you too, Nance, for sharing! Perfection!
Couer D'Alene Idaho use to be a beautiful town. Wonder if it still is? And I don't doubt there are Sasquatch all around there.
It's grown up,still beautiful but a lot of traffic now
Thank you Dustin and Nance!! And Grandma! It was worth the time and work of writing it as well as the time spent with your grandma. I’m speechless and still contemplating this account. Thanks!
Yes beautiful day and tomorrow even better , love your great grandmother Tennessee 😂
My grandma passed away when I was just a few months old, so I LOVE the grandma stories.
Thank you both for sharing.
Thank you Dustin.
You know Nancy that was an incredible story back in them days vote for very true what would they have to gain by telling a big lie I honestly believe what happened to those folks truly did I am very glad that nobody was hurt unfortunately a Sasquatch had to lose his life anyway Keep On Keepin On I love the way you narrate stories
Id never want to go back there after something like that happened, bigfoot is a territorial creature and protective of it
What an intense story this was. It was well written and I could imagine myself being there in the midst of all that chaos and fear. I certainly had a strong image of Grandma Tennessee. As to the advice of "always cut yourself a piece of pie," I got what she was saying. It made me think of when I was a child going to Sunday mass at our family's home Catholic parish church in Springfield, Oh. After mass, all of my grandparent's four adult children, their spouses and all of us kids of that next generation, which numbered ten kids at that point, would eat Sunday lunch at her house. Along with her regular dishes like cast iron skillet fried chicken, mashed "taters and gravy," green beans and biscuits, Grandma Garrity made some of her great pies. She was a Pennsylvania Dutch girl who had met and married an Irishman who worked on the railroads. She was pretty much a "mountain granny" having come from the coal fields of Pennsylvania. I was thinking, I don't remember her eating any pieces of those pies. She made sure that we had our pieces of pie. Sometimes, we kids, even got second helpings of pie. I sure as heck hope that she got her pieces of all those pies she made for all of us for on those Sunday family gatherings for all those years, so many years ago now. It would make me cry NOW! if she didn't get herself her share of those pies. It does get me, I and my cousins are all now at the age of, or very close to, how old my grandparents were back then.
This was the best and scariest Sasquatch story that I’ve ever heard. Thank you so much for sharing this with us. I will never forget this story.
I love the "stained glass looking" graphic on your video. That was a great story tonight. I want to thank you and let you know that I am praying for your eye issue. It's seems like it just keeps giving you trouble and yet here you are for us. Thank you. I truly have come to find your voice very comforting and a comfort that I rely on in a familial way as it's just me and my five cats no human family so to speak so when I say thank you there is a very special meaning to that. Your voice is like comfort food but better 😇 warmest regards hope those eyes will relent and heal up finally for you and for us as well 🙂
@theshanny8 - I'm glad you like the stained glass graphic - it's part of a larger set I recently purchased to use for some upcoming merchandise releases. :)
I'm also glad you've been enjoying the channel. Me and my 4 cats wish all the best to you and your 5 kitties!
@@BuckeyeBigfoot another crazy cat lady 🤣👍❣️
Me too, love the stained glass!
Grandma TN sounds like my mom... Yep one of them folks not to be messed with as FAFO is how they work.......
I don’t really make comments as I just like to listen to the stories but this has got to be one of the best!
What a riviting story! I feel that my 4 year old grand daughter will be a warrior like your Great Grandma Tennessee, her sister is mild and meek, not this one she's wild and adventurous! Thank you for sharing!
Take it easy and let your heal, Nance. We appreciate all that you are able to share with us. Hopefully, we will visit with you on Friday, but don't overdo it. Cheers!
I will always cut myself a piece of pie! Thanks for the beautiful reminder.
That was a great story! Thanks to the author for relaying his grandmother’s story! As always a great narration by the incomparable Nance Warren! Please, take care of yourself first! We will be here when you feel better and your eyes have healed, and yes I am slicing myself a piece of pie! 😂
Excellent retelling. Glad grandma shared her encounter
One of the best stories I have heard to date. Wow! What we can learn from our grandparents!
Thank you for your memories. It was amazing.
Hello, from Eastern Kentucky.😀❤👍👍👍
I think I hear churros!
Fantastic story. Thanks for sharing.
I believe, your grandma. There are so many similar stores from your grandma's time. Though I fell in love your Grandma Tennessee! ❤ 🌲👣🌲
Hey saddle up and let's head on down to SASQUATCH VALLY let's go Nance😊😊😊😊
Almost missed the action.
Let's ride !!! Margaritas 🍻 on hands 😂
Wow! What a good story! I believe it happened!
I loved this encounter story! Grandma Tennessee! Living as close to Tennessee as I do, I get it! His grandma’s story was amazing. Thanks for sending it in, and thanks, Nance for reading it! And your story about your grandmother got me teary eyed! It made me think of my mama, who had 5 kids, and would often say she wasn’t hungry for desert after doing all that cooking! ❤🥲
No pie for snackage. Just a simple pb sandwich this afternoon! 🥪
Core - da - Lane
Thank you.
Tbh, I loved your Granny's advice more than the BF story. What a sweet little advice, especially after how she explained it. Awesome! Wish she had taken care of herself a little bit more in her time. Ahh well, Time flies by, I guess.
Thank you Nance for telling the story. It was exciting to hear. I’m glad that it went well and everyone survived. There were so many blessings that day I see… survivors to tell the story about some mean Sasquatches.
Thank you Nance for all you do!!!
Fantastic story ❤
Hi Nance. Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate you. You are a breath of fresh air in a stale world.
What a wonderful story! I felt like I was there. 🧚
Thanks Nance . 🩷

Hi hi☕️☕️👋
I enjoy your stories and narrations. Was told about you by Cameron from Dixie Cryptid. Hope you heal up quickly from your eye surgery. God bless you.
Wow, great story. I love how strong these grandma’s are and had to be. Nice to hear your voice nance.❤
One of the best stories I've ever heard
Best shared story yet! Many stories from this area are still heard frequently. Pronounced "core-duh-lane" by Idaho locals.
Riveting story. Amazing.
God Bless Her!!Reminds Me of My Great Aunt!
Thanks Nanc,
That was one heck of a recount of a story. I enjoyed listening to it very much.
Dustin thanks for sharing your grandmother’s terrifying experience! Nance, another fine narration! I was on the edge of my seat.
Thank you for sharing your familys encounters with us. Nance, thank you, and please take care of you!
Spent some time in Coeur d’Alene, and had some friends that lived there. That will probably be one of my favorite action stories. my extended family were all storytellers after a fashion. They passed on so much knowledge to me. But I’m not sure I would’ve ever learned if I hadn’t asked. Thank you for your stories and for sharing those of others I wish you well and that your eyes get better soon.👍👍👍
Great story. Thanks
Fantastic story Nance. Thank you so much for sharing your story Grandma ❤.
Wow what a horrifying experience! And what a brave grandmother❤
That was a magnificent account, very well written, and very well read. The characters stood out in 3D, and their relationships were richly conveyed. I think I'm going to listen to this one again in the morning. Thank you!
Thank you Nance. That was a great story. I’ll put a prayer up to the Creator for a successful surgery. Take care of yourself and heal.🪶
That was INCREDIBLE!!! I loved this so much. Thank you for sharing about your awesome granny and your family. I enjoyed this so much.
#185 woo hoo ! Great night for a story !
This was a great story.
Very, very good! Keep them coming.
Wow. I mean WOW WOW WOW! Think I might be kin of Grandma Tennessee! Dustin, Thank you for sharing your family's experiences!👍👍
WOW!!! Thank You Dustin!! ❤️ An amazing story!! It's a great family story to pass down! Thank You Nance!! I'll be sure to cut myself a piece of pie!! 🥧
What a fantastic story! Thanks Nance!
What an incredible story! I’m just kinda surprised she was able to whack off her braid with scissors with a broken wrist
The greatest memories of my childhood are of listening to my Papaw tell his life's stores. Most were of WW2. The last time I saw him alive, I tried to be sneaky and get them on video. I should have put a piece of tape over the on light. I got a couple of stories then he noticed it. He asked if that meant the camera was on. I couldn't lie to him and had to admit it was. After that, I got 20 minutes of silence.
❤ What a great encounter, thank you for sharing!!! Thanks so much Nance...amazing 🌻
Amazing story and the end of pie.
So interesting!!!! Thank you to the writer for documentation these encounters. We need this!!!
Thank you Nance, what a great story.
I live near the Idaho border, near Coeur D' Alene (pronounced Kor Dalaine), and I can tell you that there are absolutely brown bear (what you called grizzly) in the area. Brown/grizzly are basically the same critter. Grizzlies are normally coastal, and browns are usually inland. Same species, though.
🎉Wow!! This was extraordinary!!
That was such a great encounter! ❤
Granny got a gun so you better run.😮
Thanks❤
Great story, I gathered your surgery was OK. I made it through mine and watching how I walked. Step up or down on even surfaces. It's so fun to have knee replacements. NOT. See you on Friday
YAY‼️‼️‼️
Wow Nance that was one awesome story. Thank you for sharing God bless you and your family .
Poor horse
Best story I’ve ever heard
TY Nance, ❤!
You know what Nance, I love you to pieces and I’m a huge fan so know behind my tone in this message is love like an Auntie. I listen to your show every night before bed, but right now I’m effing pissed off at you. I’ve sent you messages before asking you to warn audiences before telling graphic narratives dealing with violence concerning livestock or household pets. You gave me an answer regarding how you didn’t want to end up down the line in the UA-cam algorithm, but I’m telling you. I am sick of settling in at night and getting sucked into a narrative (having the gift/curse of a vivid imagination) only to hear some story about some dog or (horse) getting torn to shreds or in this case, dragged off into the woods strangled and mutiliated. I’m not asking you to
Not tell these stories. Just WARN us at the beginning!!! I love your show and I know that reality is reality and shit happens out there, but upsetting viewers is no small sacrifice just to make sure episodes don’t get kicked down the line. You have tons of episodes. I don’t think you’re at risk of getting lost into the annals of UA-cam obscurity. Share the material, just… a warning, Nance, for Gods sake
I agree, I just sent the link to this story to my daughter before I listened to it, now I have to let her know it's kind of gory and she might not like it.
@@carries.9919 I guess it makes me a snowflake but I actually have an app where I can type in the name of a movie or show and it will tell me if any animals are killed lol. It’s called “Does the Dog Die” lolol. I recommend it! Anyway a a lot of people are probably rolling their eyes at my comment, but it would just be nice to know beforehand so that if I am in a depressed mood, or I’m already feeling anxious, I can move onto a different clip. Maybe it can be a code word, Nance? 😂
Just incredible!!!
Wow what a story! 😮
I love all the stories! Thanks for all you do! Couer D'Alene is pronounced "core duh lane". Just to let you know.😁
Thanks Nance 😊❤
