1 and 2 are right but it all depends do you do it to receive something back as nice guys do or do you do it because of your generosity.
the characteristic of nice guys is they repress their manhood in order to try and fit in with women, by ACTING like a woman. they hope basically they can feminine their way into a womans good graces and women call these guys "too nice." this whole list is saying to do the opposite, don't act like a woman because you're not a woman, and this will attract women more because opposites attract.
point 8 is a great point because men are often told their fathers are bad and to get the interest of women they need to act like a woman. perhaps acting more like their "bad guy" fathers would return different results instead of the gentle guy their mothers tell them to be. why did the mother sleep with the father in the first place? 🤔
