How to get started as a Salesforce Developer 👍

If you ever want to become a Salesforce Developer you basically NEED TO HAVE THESE 5 THINGS 📣
👉 Tech related college degree.
👉 Be smarter than the typical person.
👉 3+ Developer Certifications.
👉 Experience in a non-dev role like Admin.
👉 To know other developer languages.
At least that's what many people think and is honestly what I used to believe and a few of those beliefs kept me from pursuing a developer career in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Well 12+ years now working in the Salesforce space and having the privilege of working with a lot of developers I know NONE OF THE AVOVE IS TRUE 🤯
