Just curious, why does everyone use cooking sprays? All those chemicals can't be healthy. I use butter or a variety of oils. I look at the ingredient list to find the lowest amount of chemicals. Love all your videos! Have made several of them. Thanks for sharing.
Our Chef Shannon loves Baker's Joy because it's easy to use and has flour added to it, which helps prevent sticking. However, you can swap out the Baker's Joy for a combo of butter + flour to grease your skillet if that is your preference 💛
Thank you! Have been cooking and baking for 50 years and tried a few times and did not turn out as claimed. Plus the over spray gets brown and almost impossible to get off without damaging the cooking vessel. Thanks again, love the products and recipes!
