helloo, i just got joker yesterday and he's stuck with the base weapon. I don't think i can get enough summons to get his signature weapon, and there are only 5 days left until the banner ends. Should i push for the rate up 4 star dagger or just stick with the one i have?

What the condition trigger the 4 star weapon my guy, I just got him to pair with Rin
