I agree. However does anyone have more info on this fight? Looks very much like a fixed fight. The fighter wasn't stunned nor did he stop throwing punches. And then he had his hands up ready to go with no signs of weakness. Again, I can understand being upset at being cheated, But that's no excuse for attempted murder

There should be a rule of INSTANT DQ if you don't stop fighting when the ref says. The refs are there to keep both fighters safe, so continuing when they say stop should be the highest offense. BS

Don't know if some of them refs were ex fighters, but quite a few looked as though they could look after themselves. On a more serious note, disrespecting the man in charge in any sport is the ultimate in bad sportsmanship.

I bet everyone is so hard on these fighters but I advice don't be, there is a lot going on out there, you are not sitting and watching the thing on camera, you do the thing. The fighters at 4:55 , take a look, the guy needed some choking to come back to his senses, he looks so lost, like adrenalin just turned his brain off. So I mean be humble, of course, but with the really challenging fights, people were become laggy and do not stop, so the referee need to choke them. If you watch a few matches, you will see that most of the time they move on after the choking like nothing happened.

The 1st guy with rear naked choke with Mark Goddard as Ref. The guy is tapping on the mat & dude has his eyes closed with rear naked choke. How is he suppose to know that the guy is tapping the mat. Suppose to tap the other fighter to communicate yeah stop. If he tapping mat, how’s the fighter know to stop. Plus he was just pushing Mark Goddard to keep him off of him & at an arms distance. Go rewatch. Did it hold it a sec to long yeah but eyes were closed
