    Karen, you are phenomenal! What does 10% effort vs 100% mean beneficiallly speaking? I want to understand. You're such a good educator!

      HI Diane, OK so think of NOT holding in your abdominal muscles super tight or restricted. A very soft engagement. I think I should do a masterclass on this very soon :-) . It takes time to learn and understand for sure.
