i think this tank is more unicum than type gold (the same like the original nerfed many times but that remain for me the best money marker and i ll never sell it) and wz quirin a gold copy of wz in the tech three.

Did not get it, on NA; I bid 36,000,069 and was like, "This might go for 40M... I should prolly bid 41M..." boy am I kind of mad I didn't do that... I coulda afforded it, but turns out 40M+ took it on NA... I got the Foch this morning though, which was my main goal this Black Market, but T-22 woulda been a great addition. They might bring it out again in the future. (P.S. I already sold 5 tier 10's in preparation for the T-22, was going to sell 5 more)

The difference is vast, when I last played I had 8 tanks sitting waiting to equip, after the equipment rework I had many tanks waiting for fitting, they were still there waiting, unable to play half my tanks and never recovering enough credits to fit them, and some are bidding ridicules amounts to buy overpowered tanks to sealclub some more.

Uhh i got this for 45 mil, which is very close to the min bid of around 41-42, you guys should chill out and stop thinking that everyone payed 100+ mil credits lmao. The tank was honestly worth around 50 mil considering how rare it is and also how fun it is.

i had 36 million in my account and i could sell lot of stuff (tier 10 tanks , cons; equip...) and reach even 70 or 80 ... but couldn't accept the fact im paying too much than 25million for tier 10 (like last year for foch 155 and fv 183). i even changed a bid from 6.5 million to 5.2 million on the first offer ( tl somrthing) and lost for 6.2 million minimum . not even mad

got it for 75 mil. Sorry to say Dez, I found a new favorite tank in this game: T22-med. I couldn't stop playing it all day. I believe I finished with a winrate somewhere around 70%. Could be like you said, because people don't know yet how to beat it's armor, but the gun is also fantastic, 1500 shell velocity is point and click. Loving it!

wargaming have realised that the only people left playing are mostly old players that have all the tech tree tanks and have nothing to spend credits on. if they don't have credits they buy gold a convert to credits
If you got brains...you don't. You have history of Black Market so you know you need to keep your savings for that time of the year. Also you focus on one main target rather than spreading your credits on mediocre T8 offers.

Actually todays foch-auction show that the player base still has crazy amounts of credit. They sold all 15000 (20 mil each) in just like 30 seconds

back in the day there used to be a daily mission that gave you 250k credits for playing something like 10 rounds. This was when El Halluf top part was still a canyon and not raised up

well that and the fact its hemeraging players on average 400 a week except the tank collectors and the hardcore that buy every premium as soon as it drops those people are who wargaming manage to make 350 million pounds off each year so no op premiums that are hilariously priced skins will continue to keep coming. Look at the American tech tree the T20/Pershing/Super Pershing/T21/Patriot are all the exact same skin either elongated or shrunk depending on class

i got it too for 92 millions and tbh 140 is way better aswell as my chieftain (ofc). Rip credits. I faced a 140 and he penetrated my side armor 3 out of 3 times. I tried different angles just to let him shoot and look what would happen. Well, t22 med has very good mobility but everything else is kinda trash imo. Maybe reversed side scrape is worth a try but yeah....trash tank - but a good looking trash tank 😂

On Asia server I bid 42 mil, didn’t get it. I’m sort of glad in a way. I am concerned for the future though as more events will come where we can bid on prestige tanks. People spending real money to buy gold and silver packs, it feels like the end is close, with just the whales supporting the game.

@@imahustlah3609 Foch sold for a surprising 20M credits flat buyout. I couldn't believe my eyes, especially since it sold for 25M before. I got me a Foch too, and tbh, was not too keen on getting the T-22 that desperately this go-around. I definitely wanted a Foch though. They will most likely bring the T-22 back, I don't see why they wouldn't. Don't know if next black market, or the one after that, but it will be back.

I ate some T22 med as my breakfast with obj 430, tier 9. Full health tank sent to garage very fast. Front upper plate can be penned on close and long range easy if it is exposed.
Since the Front Line seasons over the past two years, I haven't had any worry about credits in all honesty. The clan runs credit boosters and so do I, same thing for the Holiday ops, you have all of these boosters going so you're earning 150% more credits than normal. I've been playing for 7+ years, I have all of the tech tree tier 10s, so I'm not really laying much silver. When the black market started I had 75M silver, and 2500 + of the large kits, and 1000 of all the food consumables, then a bunch of equipment since equipment 2.0. That being said, I didn't feel like blowing it all on the Qilin and T-22. I would much rather have open auctions in the market to give players some idea of what was going on, rather than the blind guesses of the closed auctions.
This makes me feel better for paying 41.5 mil credits and winning the tank.

people wondering how can you get so many credits. Think of this scenario - in the past meta was averaging with no reserves, and no bonuses about 50-75k profit per game with a top premium credit making tank - that was considered an awesome session. now double that during events (+50% personal reserves, Christmas, free credits during marathons, etc.) and you get 100% or 150% more credits, which nets pretty good if you play a meta tier 8 and no need to spam gold. If you want to 3 mark it, it is even better. You get to have fun, make tons of profits and credits just pile up in millions. Then you decide whether you use them for black market or not. I tried to 3 mark about 3-4 tier 8 prems in about 1000 battles. Played during events, made around 100k profit / game. That is 100 million. I used it for consumables and then what was left into the black market and got the T-22 bidding 47 mil, which was pretty close considering it was sold for 41.6 mil and above. 500 games for that tank is similar to what used to be grinding a tech tree from tier 6 and above, you would need at least the same amount of battles to unlock a tier X and have the credits to buy it also. Not bad.
Having to play those modes for 8 hours a day years ago got the tank for free. It's always been my favorite Russian medium. Gratz to all that joined the club, it's a great tank

no, people just love to complain about everything, i got the t22 med and the qilin and no credit card used ... if people use credit card they are dumb, congrats to wg i prefer this then wg selling new defenders to make money. BM is a great event, people just need to realize that sometime you can't get everything.

What to do when you see one of these on the battlefield:
If it's on the green team push it out of cover, push it into lakes, off of cliffs. Extra points if you can flip it.
If it's on the red side tap '2' or HE the shit out of it (HE to the face is funny. Won't do much damage but it'll kill the loader/commander time after time).
Don't hate the player. Hate the game.
I've concluded this game is designed for rich or stupid dudes! I stopped playing it after 7 years btw! At the moment there's so many games out there where you can have a much better multi player experience and where you don't need to spend half what you need to spend on WOT to be competitive...

Sorry Dez that you didn't took it. Heard that the minimum bet for it was 43 mil. I needed to sell 4 special tier 9 tanks (T 55A, Char futur, AE phase and Obj 777 II) to bet 62 mil.

Hey Dez. I had all the Black Market tanks except the A-22, AwfulPanther and T22. So I overbid on the T22 and got it. I estimated 75,000,000, so I bid just over that.I should have listened to Dakillzor, who estimated 50 million. However, I am thrilled to have it. It is a superb reverse side-scraper, and it also has excellent power-to-weight ratio and ground resistance.
I just got the Foch 155! I’m so happy and so lucky!!! I’m really really glad they sold almost everything for credits. Free to play players should have a chance to participate in the community events. When a big chunk of your community feels ostracized that is clearly not good or healthy for the longevity of a game.
I feel you Dez. I bid 4M credits on the NA server and apparently the lowest bid was 41M... you don't know how pissed I was when I needed 1 more million to get it.
You know what...I'm just glad I got my AFK Panther back. I had barely managed to get to it and start playing it back in the day before they removed it. I loved it back than and was not happy they removed it...I am ok with not getting the WZ-111 Expensive T10 or the T-22 Richman Tank.
Seen estimates of 30-40 million so played it safe with 60. I had over 400 tanks in the garage so sold a good few of them(no tier 10 tanks sold) and after equipment 2.0 I had millions worth of modules not getting used so had a clean up there as well. Sorry you didnt get it Dez
I wish it was available for gold simply because I had a ton of it left over from Christmas loot boxes, but I understand and agree with the purchase/sale for credits because of the F2P players as you mentioned. I overpaid compared to what others on my server (NA) bid, but I know many who bid even more so I'm prob in the middle. But it's my credits, I grinded enough to get some, I did convert some gold (which I despise cause I don't feel it's worth it, but I knew if the WZ went for 35-40 mil credits that this would go for more cause it's a more 'unique' tank than the Qilin).
My bid on NA server was 55 mil credits.
No matter what you bid if you feel it was worth it, if you don't feel compelled to over-extend yourself, if you are able to sleep at night and not lose sleep worrying about what you had to do to get it then that's all that matters.
Out of the credit offers, I wanted the Foch 155 and t-22 med so I approximated how many credits I can raise if I raided my depot and sold any tank I don't play often, left ~25 mil for Foch, and bid the rest for the t-22 med. It turned out to be around 51 mil. I figured I was overbidding but I wanted to make sure to get it. The funny/sad part is that I was late to the black market for the 1st time by 1 min today because I was wishing happy woman's day to family and missed out on the Foch 155 /FeelsBadMan. I actually wanted the Foch 155 even more than the t-22 med sigh...
Hey, I sold my 5 Tier X tank to reach 41 Million & then spend another 2 hours to make credit from my Tier 8 premium tanks. My Bid was 43.6 & i won the bid of T22

I figured the Qilin would go for about 2x starting price and T-22 would go for about 3x starting price.
The reason the T-22 didn't reach the 3x multiplier was that there was a larger supply of T-22's offered than Qilin's.
Won the Qilin (31+m), Panther (9+m) and T-22 (46+m) on NA server, so very happy.
Got it for 52m,, and went out in first battle,, did not get spottet whole game!, forgot to put my good crew in it!!
Good video as usual Dez. Please make a video about how many people bought gold and converted it to credits in order to get the T22. It is truth that people can do whatever they want with their money. What I noticed myself when I played tier 10 there were teams with 2 players playing T22 on each side. One team had good players and another one lets say not so good ones. This had a huge impact on the game and it was not the best experience to have.I did not go for the tank myself as I did not have so many credits and I would not buy gold to convert in order to get it as I find it unethical. I think at least 50% of the players converted the gold in order to get it and this would be very bad. It will be interesting to know the real numbers.
I play very casually and honestly I didn't have remotely enough credits to dream of the T22. I really wanted the Foch 155 but at 11am there is no way I had a chance at a first come first serve sale.
i went in at a touch of 51 million on NA server, i have ground out all the lines around a year ago, so was just stockpiling equipment and consumables. Glad i got it, as i refrained from trying to get in the "cheat mode" before, as i thought players would get banned
Not sure why this one showed up as recommended, as I watched it when released back during the Black Market days.
Well, the video beginning was epic. Then I was quickly reminded as of why I felt so burnt out and quit playing shortly after the BM ended. In my case I wasn't jealous, because I did get the tanks I went for excepting one, which is a pretty good record I believe. It was the whole... thing... that burnt through my skull. Hope most players remained though, kind of feeling the itch to come back for the Christmas events.
