I think many people have already heard the terrible news that The Expanse has been canceled by Syfy after three seasons. This is my regular video and it probably doesn't mean anything, but you can see what a huge world the series "The Expanse" is. Wonderful shots, the work of operators, actors and the entire team of the series. This is really the best sci-fi series of our time! So it's very sad that such a beautiful show is cancelled. I really hope that someone will save The Expanse and we will see the 4th season. The series, the actors and crew deserve it.
You can also take part on rescue the show. You ask how to do this? Here are some instructions:

If I recall correctly, it wasn't ancient tech but of extraterrestrial( not from the Solar System) origin
Well, the reapers have been around for various "cycles" and given the fact that society and tech don't develop overnight each cycle consists of several thousand (50k to be exact) years so I think you could say the reapers were an ancient machine race, built and tasked by the leviathans who accidently ended up on the wrong end of their own invention :P

I started watching your videos for The Expanse prior to starting the show, purely because of your talent - you have a knack for making your videos universally easy to enjoy, whether or not I know the fandom. I've finally started The Expanse and am now halfway through Season 3 and I wanted to rewatch your videos. Now that I have so much more context, your videos are that much more poignant, and I myself have started working on videos for the show as well. I'm so glad it's been picked up for another season! Keep up the good work!

joe brownskinguy yeah its been a fucked up system with SyFy, Netflix has the right of releasing it internationally.. but not untill the entire season has been released on SyFy and a couple more months after that.

Вот люблю я этот сериал за то, что они раскрыли тему войны, политики, когда все такое хрупкое и так сложно сохранить крупицы мира, как сложно прийти к согласию и отказаться от войны.
0:18 - 0:23 - наверное с того все и начинается, когда мы ставим чью-то жизнь превыше других. Когда свои интересы начинают рушить жизни миллионов. а иногда это все так мелочно выглядит.
0:31 - 0:36 - идеальные кадры под такие слова.
0:36 - 0:41 - параллели, мне очень нравится!
0:43 - 0:53 - протомолекула такая очаровательная внешне и такая страшная и жуткая внутри, брр. А кадры очень красивые!
0:58 - обожаю Алекса здесь! Еще и фраза такая удачная!
1:02 - 1:10 - сила! Они могут остановить это, и все так красиво переплетено!
1:10 - Ты хочешь, чтобы я помогла тебе оправдать эту войну? - Сильная фраза! Люблю Анну за то какой она есть, за то, что всегда делает то что считает правильным. Она хороший человек.
1:13 - 1:15, 1:15 - параллели! Все так круто смотрится!
1:22 - 1:23 - люблю как все звучит, эти мини звук добавляют колорита!
1:23 - 1:27 - еще одни параллели, ты собрал все воедино и это очень круто смотрится!
1:28 - 1:30 - люблю эти кадры!
1:30 - 1:35 - Ого! Это нереально круто смотрится! Обожаю этот момент!
"Огонь" - а вот оно слово, которое обозначает начло конца.
1:37 - 1:45 - ты показал все великие крушение, и это выглядит очень мощно и устрашающе!
"Чем дольше продолжается война, тем больше бомб будут сброшены. Пожалуйста, помоги мне остановить ее" - кадры в сочетание с этой фразой просто идеально смотрятся.
"Эта война построена на лжи" - как и все войны. Я рада что ты использовал эту фразу.
2:02 - 2:04 - мне нравится, все собирается на битву. Прям круто сделано.
И конечно: "Все, что сейчас там происходит, все это дерьмо как-то связано с ней. Жюли Мао". Все началось с нее, все история связана с ней.
2:07 - 2:10 - красота!
А дальше тема протомолекулы, то что мы видим с самого первого сезона, то что мы пытаемся понять и узнать, что оно такое.
А как круто ты развил тему, что как только что-то новое появляется все сразу знают, как это использовать и для чего.
2:19 - 2:21 - очень красивые кадры!
2:25 - 2:34 - божественно красиво сделано! Столько параллелей и силы во в каждой секунде!
"Сейчас речь идет о выживании нашего вида" - о да, в конечном итоге всем пришлось понять, что война между собой ни к чему не приведет, есть преступник по сильнее.
Ох, какой же мощный конец!
Нереально крутое видео, которое я буду еще не раз пересматривать и наслаждаться!

I'm sure about "A Dream of Peace" also not having any spoilers pre-Season 4 (or the later parts of Season 3 that you haven't watched.)
'A new Era' (Also by Zurik) is also safe, but only once you've finished Season 3. (No season 4 spoilers)
Some of the others "might" have Season 4 spoilers, but those two definitely don't (I just watched them again recently).
Also check out Ed A. (He literally helped save the show with his fan-made tribute video, and got hired by Amazon to do a promo spot for Season 4) and Margarita Life for other great Expanse tribute fan-made videos.

Since the premiere of this show, it has made me realize how good sci fi series are in such short supply these days that it's almost criminal. It has reminded me so much so in fact, that I've decided to put on paper this sci fi story I've had in my head for years now. That's how powerful this show is!! It may take me some time, since I'm not a writer by profession but more of a writing enthusiast but I don't mind. Amazon has saved this show and when I hit those many writer's blocks, I'll have time to enjoy this show to let the creative juices flow and simmer.

Still a great promo for the show. It this does not get people interested, nothing will. It's difficult to explain the Expanse *and* peak interest without spoiling the story.

You gotta think... that one hybrid pod Naomi redirected off into deep space, it never got intercepted. There is what used to be a human mind in that hybrid. The Protomolecule slept on Phoebe for billions of years and emerged as viable as ever, there is a trapped human mind which will be sealed in that tube flying through deep space at an aggravatingly sluggish pace for however many millions or billions of years until it gets caught in the gravity well of a planet or star in another system. Reminds me of what the gunnery sergeant said in Mass Effect 2: pull the trigger on this, and you are ruining someone's day, somewhere and some time. It might hit a ship, or the planet behind that ship, or something else entirely in a million years.
Whose day will that hybrid ruin? And what state of mind could it be in after a billion years?

You can't make a _bad_ video. It's not in your DNA. Once again, I'm floored by your continuing epicness.
It really is a shame that network/cable TV can't figure itself out. When a show as good as *_The Expanse_* get's canceled, there really is no hope for network/cable television. If it weren't for news and some sporting events, I would have been done with it long ago. Once someone figures out a *WORKABLE* , longterm solution for constant-consistant live-streaming, it will be over for network/cable television. The *ONLY* thing they seem interested in these days is making 10 to13 episode commercials and then rinse and repeat, year-in, year-out. Yes, there are some exceptions but for the most part, network cable/television is on it's downward spiral.
I signed the petition when it first went out but thanks for addressing it also.
