My introduction to PM:
I was maybe 11 years old and visiting MOCA in downtown Los Angeles in the late 90s with my uncle. At the gift shop I was randomly flipping through the expensive art books on the wall and I came across one of his books. I opened it thinking “I didn’t know one of the Beatles made modern art.” The stuff inside was so disturbing and has stayed with me forever. Such visceral work.
