EKSA H6 🎧 Honest Sound & Mic Test

Am working from home taking calls. I am sometimes 4hours non-stop on the phones (sometimes longer). I can go to another room and the person on the other end of the phone does not hear any difference.
I tested this with a collegue. My workspace is in the basement, I went all the way up to the living room and kitchen, there was no loss of sound on either side. When typing on my keyboard, the customer can not even hear it. Noise cancellation works great.

Hi, Did you ever work out how to increase the mic volume? This head set has a very low mic even at 100%.

When running a test call on teams, the recording is very low when speaking normally. I haven't tried it live yet.

Hi! USB dongle - just like bluetooth 4.0 adapter for any bluetooth devices or like usb sound card in/out only? Bluetooth adapters have very poor sound quality in headset mode (in+out).
