    Here is the recipe, with missing ingredients and instructions:
    Hot Sweet and Spicy Shrimp
    Ingredients
    • Shrimp 15pcs, deshelled and cleaned
    • Garlic 6-8 cloves. chopped fine
    • Red chili 4pcs, chopped fine
    • Scallion/green onions 15g, cut one inch diagonal
    • Parsley or cilantro, chopped
    • Ginger, ½ inch, chopped fine
    • Sugar 3Tbsp
    • Ketchup 3Tbsp
    • Vinegar 4Tbsp
    • 1 t Black Pepper powder
    • 1 t Paprika powder
    • 1T cooking wine
    • 4 T water
    • ½ t Salt
    • 4 T Corn starch
    • 2 T butter
    Directions
    1. Clean shrimp
    2. Chop garlic, red chillies, green onion (scallions) and parsley/cilantro
    3. In a bowl, put 1 T vinegar on shrimp and a pinch of salt and black pepper powder, with a little of the chopped garlic (about ¼) and paprika powder and 3 T cornstarch. Mix well.
    4. Sauce: In another bowl add sugar, 3 T vinegar, 1 T cooking wine, ginger, green onion3 T ketchup, pinch of salt and 4 T water. Mix well.
    5. In a small bowl mix 1 T cornstarch with 3 T cold water
    6. Add oil to hot pan and deep fry marinated shrimp, part way done
    7. Remove shrimp, reheat oil to high and refry shrimp to get crispy
    8. Heat wok, add butter
    9. Fry garlic in butter, add hot chilies and fry some more. Add sauce. Cook till done, about 2 minutes
    10. Add cornstarch/water mixture to wok.
    11. Finally, add back in shrimp to wok, add parsley/cilantro and green onions/scallions
    12. Plate, serve with rice

      spicy is better! Just omit the chili. That's the benefit of cooking for yourself - you can adjust the recipe to your own taste!
