International Indigenous Arts & Fashion Awards 2023

Tansi (hello, how are you)?
Ustum (come) and join us on November 19, 2023 while we attended and captured the International Indigenous Arts & Fashion Awards in Edmonton, Alberta Canada!
Unlike your typical Fashion shows that are seen and promoted all over, this one consisted of 100% Indigenous designers and mostly Indigenous female and male models strutting their stuff down the runway!
So when I was invited to attend the event I jumped at the chance to showcase my fellow Native People’s brilliant designs and beautiful models as well that I am so very proud of!
And as well our very own Miss Shay (Shaylon Bourque) was a model and sang a song as well! For those that do not know Shay is one of our videographers, photographers, and editors and has been a major part of Métis Man Media since day one!
Again thank you to Amanda Wanotch (Executive Producer) for the invite and the superb job she did emceeing this event!
What a spectacular experience for me to see and capture, and congratulations and awesome job to all involved to making this fashion show production happen as I know there is a lot of work involved!
