Hello from Bavaria, Germany. The Country where the Police is praised by the US Media and your Activists because ours have more strict Training but alsoour Gouvernment puts more Money into our Police Training as well as Psychological Check-Ups and tough Training in Stress Situations:
You should bring back Live PD soon because it is educational and shows the View from the Police and if anything, it also helps to de-escalate the constant Tension you got over there in the USA between the Police and CItizens. Continueing Live PD doesn't mean A&E tries to make the Police look 100% perfect. In fact, there have been many Episodes where there has been a lively Discussion in the Comment Section showing what everyone though about how this and that was handled and not in a way that targets the Police Officer, but criticizes the Rules and Conduct the Police is trained to stick to.
As i said, Coming from a Country where the Gouvernment puts a lot of Money into Training, Psychological Check-Ups etc for every Police Officer, as well as rigorous Training, i think Live PD helps steer the Focus on the actual Issue worth looking into, which is helpful and most likely will help make it better in he Future.
Just cancelling Live PD forever is silly and counter-productive.
Sure taking a Break when the Demonstrations and Riots started makes some Sense, but not cancelling the whole Show.
