Nemesis Enforcer was the name of the character in the 80s animated GI Joe movie. When Hasbro released the character again in like 2008, the name was change to Nemesis Immortal. Many think it's because of Hasbro not owning the trademark for Nemesis Enforcer. There's no real official reason for the name change of the character from Hasbro, but many are looking forward to adding this figure into their collection.
I don't collect G.I. Joe Classified, but I do admire the figures.
They kept the Nemesis Immortal name instead 🤦🏻♂️

Hasbro will not do a hooded cobra commander. They have stated they won’t do it. Too close to a certain dubious group from the south with the same three letters that make up the abbreviated name. Even though there is no connection whatsoever. It’s a shame, would love a hooded CC figure.
