honestly, when i clicked on this video I had my eyes ready to roll to the back of my head but I realize I had a ton of prejudgments and probably projections as well onto you both, where I was picturing you both as "woo woo new age all magic talk but it's not real" kinda way. The way you both talked about the things you did and witnessing what happened in the session and Blu's questions and your answers showed me that you both really are eyes open, curious, brave, and tryna heal. When Blu admitted that she could see herself standing at the cord with her scissors but was unable to cut it or that she didn't feel a shift because there were other "branches" and situations that carried that weight/other core points holding up and maintaining the program- it made me believe what you were saying alot more. You shed light onto the fact that it's not as easy as a snap of the finger or a visualization. I think what I'm getting is that healing is an embodied experience, and while we may use the mind and visualization and tools like drums to get us to a doorway for healing, nothing will shift if we don't enter it and feel into it. and also if we don't address the root, or all of the core points. I like how Alexander talked about mapping this stuff and Blue brought up integration. I think I've half heartedly tried a few meditations or things like this meant to help heal something or move me through some process, but when the meditation ended and I did the visualization, I still felt pretty much the same, maybe a little better. And so I blamed the practice and wrote it off as bs or "a nice idea." I'm curious to learn more about quantum healing and grateful to be humbled and for something deeper than my ego to resonate with what you guys have been saying.

Loved this podcast - have you ever considered that sometimes we choose something (or someone)subconsciously, in order to replay the original hurt until it stops happening. Or you learn to leave a situation first (to avoid it from happening) in order to be in control.

i can’t help but think of the myth of chiron, who only found healing once he surrendered that he had this great pain, stopped trying to “change it” and just accepted the pain for what it was. only then your fear will let go and find more spaciousness. i see your pain, i have had this stomach tightness for that much time as well. i sincerely understand your struggle and wish you all the best. there is a life on the other side ❤️
i like how you talk about integration each time, i dunno i have always seen it as a baby sleeping to integrate the information that it saw 🤔🤔🤔 how to say this, i see this like this we are a splitting of cells or a multiplications say it as you will when the info i just took in is deliverd in each of my cells each of them yea yea i ve integrated the info it s like the reverse process of coming from 2 cells to 1 (sperm/egg melting into 1) end then splitting in trillions, the info going into the trillions make it back to one... (100%download aka integration) does that make sense? anyhow i just always had this clear vision of the splitting of the cells yet having all info in each cell, and then when i take info from the eather i need to do the same process but the opposit way around 🤔🤔🤔 (as i say i see this very clear in my head lol)
