This is because schools are organisations with certain social responsibilities, which are two completely different identities, responsibilities and philosophies from working in a company. Teachers are also responsible for students' safety, food, home visits, etc. Of course, private schools are more lenient. Because you are a foreigner, the school director will not arrange home visits for you. Teachers also have better benefits, health insurance, a good pension and three months paid holidays.
thanx Rhoda. Foreigners will always be foreigners. It’s not in China only, it’s everywhere . As long as you are in a foreign country you are treated differently. We have to wear a thick skin at times because we need to invest back home for our retirement. Life is hard in a country which is not yours
You can say that again.thanks for enlightening us all. Thick skin it has to be to survive in foreign land 😊
Oh wow! Great advice.
I’m glad you like it 😊
Good advice. However the correct english word is regardless. We Zimbos love to say irregardless. There is no English word called irregardless. But i enjoy ur content.
Frequently asked questions. What does “irregardless” mean? “Irregardless” is often used to mean regardless. However, “irregardless” is considered a nonstandard word, can be used in non formal situations.
@@SimplyRodah i hear u sister. Its just that as an English teacher the correct word is regardless. Its like the word Hie and Hi. The latter is correct. Irregardless i like ur content😉
