This summer, I had the chance to play a live set during HAMLET SYNTHESIZED, an electronic music festival held in an incredible medieval location in northern Italy. Instead of presenting the usual setlist with tracks from my back catalog, I decided to work on a more improvisation-oriented setup that I had been there sitting for a while.
The main focus here are feedbacks, declined in three different ways that corresponds to three different moments in the piece, and involves self-oscillating filters and field recordings.
