GL-4 is recommended for manual transmissions with yellow metals (like bronze and copper) and bear less load. @@alifadd2172 It's possible, but when a car jerks during acceleration, it can be an indication of various underlying issues such as: fuel delivery problems, ignition system issues, air intake issues, malfunctioning MAF sensor, transmission problems, low transmission fluid level, engine misfires, vacuum leaks, ECU or electrical problems, etc... These are just some of the possible causes. It's important to take your car to a mechanic for a thorough diagnosis.
