##English## Hello Everyone! Mtongwe is a settlement in Kenya's Coast Province South of Mombasa City. Mtongwe is just opposite South of Mombasa City and Kenya Ports Authority but in between there is Kilindini Harbour Channel which completely makes it difficult for Mtongwe area to enjoy similar environments as the Mombasa City. Mtongwe is one of the areas with untapped resources especially those that involves the land neighboring the Cities and the Indian Ocean. If well invested, Mtongwe can be one of the areas with high land value and best tourist destinations in Kenya and Africa as a whole due to its strategic location just across the Port and the City. Currently the land rate is appreciating due to growing demand and population in the area. Mtongwe also hold the Kenya Navy Base, which hold the areas economy. There are Schools, hospitals, mosques, churches and good roads, electricity networks etc
