I used to work in a charity shop. All charity shops have a rotation system. The idea is for 1 month, they keep the items, and then they swap items with another shop. So mine used dates. So if the items have the date of 08.02.2024, they take those ones off, then sort out the new clothes, then put them on the sale. So check the lables you see the date come back a few dats after that date and you'll find a load new stuff.
