      Mostly har dealership aisa karta hai customer ko lotne ki koshish ya faulty product bhi kai bar de dete hai yeah dealership ko apne app ko customer centric karna padega naki har bar apne employees pe pressure Dale sale karwao sab ke liye yeah ek number game ho gaya no body care about customer

    Maruti outlets/showrooms have created artificial shortage of cars. Maruti dealers insist that if one is prepared to buy Insurance for 55000/- (instead of 20000/-, buy Zero Dep/Extended warranty for 60000/- and buy costly and unwanted accessories, the waiting period can be waived, and car can be delivered in no time otherwise the waiting period may be extended by 5-6 months. DDS Ravi has himself highlighted this issue in this posts. I have also faced this situation. This issue should be highlighted with him the Executive Director Maruti. carrying sting operation on this issue will be of great use.

      @@vikassingh6547 this issue will be raised before the Insurance regulatory authority to (1) warn Maruti on the malpractice (2) ask the Insurance Regulatory authority to instruct Maruti and all the car showrooms to place a notice at the entrance that the car buyers are free to buy insurance and accessories from any source. (3) issue public notice, every 6 th month that purchase of insurance, extended warranty and accessories from Maruti/Hyundai is not compulsary. It can be bought from any vendor. (4) issue WhatsApp number for making online complaints.

    A Similar experience with Maruti was forced to take accessory kit and extended warranty. Here are my findings
    Low rear seat leg space
    stiff suspensions, air pressure on tires was 50 when delivered so it is important to get them checked
    build quality is ok . Sometimes rattling sound was present from seats but was fixed by a service centre
    AC is ok
    Looks stylish
    very silent engine
    Good ground clearance
    was charged 500 on the first (1000km)service for fuel pump cleaning didn't know if there was a need for that
    Sufficient power as generally 60 is the speed limit in Delhi
    Gears do get stuck
    Bonet is fully visible which helps a lot while driving

    I am using brezza from past 10 months. No issues expect low power at highways. No extra accessories demanded from showroom . It’s a perfect suv along with nexon .

    Same happened to me last week when I went to buy Brezza.
    The executive at 2 dealerships in separate cities told me that it has waiting of 5-6 months but when I told him I need to buy in a day or two, he asked me to book it and he will try to get it sooner for me.
    Next day both dealerships called and told me they have the Brezza available for purchase but it has accessories already fitted.
    I was surprised to see how they were trying to fool me.

    I'm from Kolkata, recently I have been visiting maruti suzuki nexa showroom to check out Grand Vitara. I have gone to 4-5 showrooms. But not even one showroom has forced us to take extra unwanted accessories. Few have insisted us to take the extended warranty. This was my experience .

      Yes, even in Bihar. No one force u otherwise they know Biharis will never buy and will happily use auto rickshaw and bikes. Its the problem of delhi NCR because of youtubers and young generation. Every youtuber buys a new car or a bike to show on their channels and then modifications and we all know the young generations of delhi ncr.

    There is no solution for these issues. Becoz people are crazy abt cars. At launch of new car u can see more than 50 thousand bookings take place.
    When dealership know how eager u are to buy, they will try to make profit out of ur eagerness.
    Better wait for ur delivery time. 😊

    I am using brezza in petrol from last 2 month..bought it on 28th march and so far as per my mid, i am maintaining decent average(20.7) in petrol...
    So it depends upon ur way of driving for pulling out maximum avg

    Have tried two MS Showrooms in Surat, Gujarat. Didn't find any issue of accessories being given forcefully for early delivery. Same is the case with Nexa showrooms.

    My GV CNG delivers 26+ in full cylinder on highway with smooth rpm between RPM 1.2 to 2.00. Car runs between 75 to 85 KMP speed.

    In summer i have seen that many time in my WagonR CNG The pressure though its seems to be good then also the CNG gas vary by 6.5-7 kg and in winter it goes to a maximum of 8-8.5 kg which is much higher than expected

      In EV, it's the exact opposite.
      They range drops considerably in subzero temps, but also, higher temp may cause fire hazards.

    Anyone ever facing such issues should complain immediately and on the spot. I know the complains are hardly looked into by the companies but the more people complain about it and refuse to engage in such practices, the better will be the results. Buying cars is everyone's dream and many give up on it because of these malpractices. Sarkar to pehle he loot rahi hai, upar se jinse deal karo wo bhi, after sales service bhi kismat ke upar rehti h kuch hadd tk, jo imandari se rehe kr apne parivar ko suvidhaye dena chahe, uske liye to adhe darwaze waise he band rehte hai. Kabhi Kabhi awaz uthana he sahi choice hojati hai.
    Comments mei ek mahaan admi ne jo khud sales executive hai un farishtey ne JUSTIFY krte huye likha hai ki INCENTIVES ke chakkar mei executives pressure dete hai Accessories bechne ko, to kya iske liye customers ko mahino intezar krwana sahi hai apni gaadi ke liye? Seniors ka pressure aur Incentives aur ghoos ka chakkar, ye to harr jagah dekhne ko milta hai chahe thaane jao FIR krwane, koi daftar jao kaam krwane ya ajkal koi bhi mehenga samaan khareedne jao jaise ki cars.
    Try to convince once but if the customer does not want and cannot afford, making them wait as a Punishment is the worst thing a human can do as a dealer.

Yaa toh accessories lagva lo ya fir second hand car le lo, woi cars jaldi mil Rahi hai. LXI toh bole ke hum khud saal mein 1 car bechte hain, aap VXI lo aur usme 80,000 ki accessories lo toh car jaldi karva denge. Main Khushi Khushi Citroen C3 laaya, jo accessories chahiye thi wo lagvai, brand se hi, good quality and economical price. And I'm quite happy about my decision 😊

    I took delivery of brezza zxi+ in march from chandigarh Navdesh auto . They deliver within 20 days as I argue that need bit urgently. Good part is they didn’t even force me for buying singal accessories. But I bought accessories of 15k as per my requirements. Very nice experience 😀

    I booked too GV, the dealer told be no need to purchase any accessories if you are ok to wait for 4 months for delivery. And if early delivery is required purchase 20k worth accessory and get in 1 month, 30k accessory in 7-15 day. I am ok to wait for 4 months so I did not buy accessories. Its been 15 days now, I receive call from showroom that they will deliver my car by end of this month. So I think its ok as I did not buy any accessories. Please also note dealers earn max in accessories as margin is less of vehicles.

Maine last year creta book ki thi at koncept hundai unhone bola k hum 3 mknths main gaadi de dengeyfr unhine bahane bana shuru kr diya k abhi 6 months lagengey …nhi to 1 lakh ki accessories lagi hii gaadi khadi hai wo le lijiye… ye aaj kal her brand kr raha hai

    Mera cousin army me h. 40 din ke holiday pe ghar aaya tha. Brezza lxi lene ke chakkar poore 40 din nikal gye bechare ke or gaadi mili bhi nahi. 70-80 hjar ki accessory ke sath lene ko bhi ready tha fir bhi nahi mili.

    मारुति का पता नहीं पर मैंने टाटा की नेक्सॉन उनके वेबसाइट से ऑनलाइन बुक किया था। अब चाहे ऑनलाइन बुकिंग का नतीजा हो या टाटा वालों की ट्रांसपेरेंसी, डेढ़ महीने के बाद डीलरशिप से गाड़ी के डिस्पैच का मैसेज आया और अगले दो हफ्तों में गाड़ी मेरे पास थी। डीलरशिप की तरफ से कोई नखरे नहीं, कोई मिसबिहेव नहीं। ये 2021 की बात है जब कोविड के कारण महिंद्रा वाले लंबी वेटिंग की बात कर रहे थे। (ब्रेजा मुझे लेनी नहीं थी)

Sab loot rahe hai bhai kuch kar nhi parahe humlog gaadi to kuch b karke lena padega ... Mere papa ne kaafi Saving karke gaadi lene ka socha hai aur abhi ye log Bekar me gaadi ka price badha rahe hai ...and Accessories b compulsory hai lena .

    Owner is Right on his place ...I also booked Maruti Brezza ZXI+ in March '23..they were also forced me to take accessories,but I cleared denied to sign on paper ...then they told me I need to wait atleast 6 months...I gave them 7 months to take delivery instead of 6 😂😂...after 2 months I got call from dealership to take delivery but I denied and told them that I will take this car after 4 months😂...now every week they are calling me 😂😂😂

    Hello Ravi ji. Maruti ki Service ki badi tareef hoti hai. But kabhi is baat ka bhi review kijiye ki kitne log warranty ke baad maruti ke authorised service centre se service karate hain? Mere jitne bhi parichit Maruti owners hain, wo sab to bahar hi service karwate hain.

Sabse Pahle warranty khatam ho jayegi, doosri baat bahar service me unke paas utna saman nahi hote hain, teesri baat jab bechne jao to agar service bahar huyee hai to log bahot kam dam lagate hain, koi koi to leta bhi nahi

    Maruti dealer have priority to sell accessories not interested in cars because they knew breeza's value in middle class public 😢

    Our ignis base varient liya tha. 10 din me mil Gaya without accessories. Bad me accesories me spoiler, floor mat aur seat cover lagaya . Total 10900 kharcha hua. Nexa ka treatment arena se better he( kharagpur, bhandari, west bengal)

    Ravi Bhai mujhe ye bataye ke Karol bagh me accessories original milta he ya kuchh D ka jhol he...mere samajh me nhi aata k itni original accessories gadi se pahle kaese mil rahe he wo v genuine bol ke... example jaese scorpioN ke sare hi genuine dikha rahe he wo hi without warranty hamper. What is reality kindly suggest I have scorpion s5 but I m planning to go for Z6 and have some genuine accessories.. should I visit Karol Bagh for this or not

    Yeh Accessories zabardashti lagwane wala trend Mahindra se aaya specially woh pagal log XUV 700 and Scorpio N jaldi lene ke liye lakhon ke Accessories haste haste lagwa lete hai. Bohot sare brands sochte hain ki jab Mahindra successfully kar rahi hai toh hum kyun naa karein. Mahindra Dealers ne market kharab kar diya 🤬
