I believe in Preventative Maintenance. If done correctly and no slacking up it’s good. As you do your leak checks check for airflow and clogged drains. Nothing annoying as maintenance was done yesterday and now we have an iced case🙈. You get called at 4am and workmate was there a day before. As for other stuff as broken motor failed sensors. I tell the manager I have no crystal ball and do you know how many sensors you have? And as we speak what pipes are rubbing in ceiling🧐
