@@Igoreshkin leave them alone. let them continue to live in their own world, nothing can change anyway) there are plenty of girls in the studios (although I am not sure of the complete objectivity of this judgment. perhaps this is a feature of studios in the russian region. I have watched a lot of videos about the backstage of various russian studios, and as a rule, it can be judged from the video that 30-40-50% of the total number of employees are girls)

Love watching these. You should consider using DaVinci Resolve’s new free Voice Isolation effect for the dialogue. It can really clean all of these voices up where it sounds echoey and noisy.

Blender Studio is not hiring at the moment but the best advice is to make yourself visible in the community. Share your work on social media (using #b3d on Twitter will increase reach a lot) and community forums like BlenderArtists or ArtStation.
