Liliac came up on my “you might like” list because I’ve watched many Dio vids on UA-cam. When I watched their version of Holy Diver, I was speechless like you. That voice, and the music, and how she copies everything Dio did vocally is truly amazing! I had a feeling you’d love it like I did. Ronnie James Dio has the best voice in metal, in my opinion. So when others pay homage to a LEGEND that he is, it puts a smile 😊 on the faces on all metal fans.

Liliac is made of Justin-9 on keyboards, Ethan-13 on bass, Melody-17 vocals, Abigail-19 on drums and Samuel the lead guitarist is 20. Fantastic kids......fantastic family

I saw that, but did a Corey Taylor Rainbow in the Dark cover a few weeks ago, I'll probably circle to Liliac's version at some point soon.

jonathan sprague I bought the ep. It was good. Not a lot there to differentiate themselves from other bands, other than Melody’s voice. They will go as far as her voice will carry them. I hope it holds out.

jonathan sprague i agree. I know they love performing, and have been playing covers on the pier for years, but that is a different ball game, than convincing others that YOUR MUSIC is worth listening to. I am rooting for them.

Glitch - This video was filmed in Massachusetts.. mid-August as the band was staying with a friend of the family at their house. While on their current debut nationwide/Canada tour...as the had gigs in the Northeast and Canada!.. The church was literally around the corner from the house were they where staying.
The opening sequence...where they zoomed down on the church ..was done with a drone!.. This WHOLE production of this video..was done my themselves!.. EVERY single aspect!..there is NO professional that helped in making this ..EPIC video!.. 😁😃👍🏻👏🏻🤟🏻🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇

God love the parents. Watching several of their vids behind the scenes Florin and Nineta Cristea, thank you for giving a frigging damn about your children. In this day and age there's a sickness in the U.S. and I've watched it fester for over 25yrs, a breed of un caring adults giving birth to what we've been seeing raising havoc and terror with shootings and other crimes.
From another country they came here and have proven this is how you raise and love talented kids.
Sad, most born and raised American young adults only know the internet as mom n dad these day.
The street corner known as the world wide web. Not to mention the unfiltered online console games that your 10yr old(or younger) listens to with headphones. Children hearing and learning ugly things from grown adults playing and talking through the shooter games. R rated games....with warnings!

My first reaction to them could be described as shock: they are shockingly good, their ages not even considered. They are old enough to have attained a high level of mastery through experience, not only as individual musicians but in terms of playing together as a unitary band. Of course, the talent had to be there too, and obviously they are far from lacking in that area. They're one of my favorite musical acts, always enjoyable to listen to.
This group kills it, 80's rock will never die as long as they keep crankin out covers like this

I've been following Liliac for a while now, what an amazing band! Vocals are killer, guitars well done, keyboards fill in nicely and the drums, my gosh, where would a band be without the drummer huh? She just flat lays it down and her timing ins remarkable, holds the group together like glue.

Saw these guys in concert this summer and they are legit. I believe the keyboard player is only 11-12 years old. The lead guitarist is 20-21. Melody, the lead singer is 17 I think. Her vocals would make any 80s hair band proud. I hope they continue with keeping this music alive.

Check out their song "Dancing in the Dark" and no, it's not a cover of Springsteen's classic. It's one of their originals, and it really showcases Melody's vocal range.

some more people need to find this band, because they absolutely are the future of rock n roll... they are old school sound and can do so many covers, but they have their own songs that could light up the charts if they can catch fire with the radio stations

I stood next to dad of this group at a concert about a month ago and he was so cool and proud of his kids. Love the way they did this song and her voice has such a great range. These guys are awesome in front of concert to get a chance to see them. Never seen one of them without a smile on their face
The first time I saw them was in a video on facebook and they did Rainbow in the Dark and I was completely blown away and have watched them grow since the Santa Monica pier days. I knew the first time I saw their video that they were on their way to Rock Super Stardom. I'm feelin it!

Also, I have said it before, the girl fronting the band has a million dollar voice. I honestly would put her easily in the top 10 voices of all time for rock and metal ... perhaps even the top 5 ... simply amazing. The complex and dynamic character of her voice combined with the way she seems to so effortlessly put power and control into a very natural vocal talent is breathtaking. If you kids had been part of the 80s metal scene, you would have taken the world by storm back in the day.
