They should make a training centre where you can try heroes for free no rental tickets or anything like that just for free to fight bots
How many roll tickets do I need to have enough points to buy a character don’t I get one point for like every ticket I use ?

Will the points on the role system all ways stay stay the Sam or reset every season or if they add new characters
I couldn't find anywhere that the Developer's have said the points will reset but I'm leaning towards they will reset so you can't just grab the newest character in the roll system on the first day it releases.

They better not make it where if you don't get one of the characters for that roll event you can't get them ever
Also I know you can buy the golden tickets to get them, but it takes a lot of grinding to get one
If you buy the premium login bonus for 100 crystals you get 10 roll tickets a day for a week, which will boost how many hero souls you get I didn't find this out till last night! Definitely give it a try

Why are the chances to get the characters and other stuff so low
The chances are low to make all the items more rare and tempt you to spend real money to try and get those items, basically they're trying to tempt you to gamble in the game which sucks but it's how they make money since the game is free to play
